"The message of a seemingly troubled man, speaking about humanity, and in his own closing words talking about love, compassion, mercy, peace. In these troubled times I aimed to bookend this mix with his words, and weave a cosmic journey of encouraging melodies. The journey goes to deeper sounds throughout, tapping into old cuts form the late 90's and early 2000's to lots of soon-to-be-released contemporary material from Joris Voorn, Phonique & Joep Mencke - all artists I highly admire. It all comes from the heart, and while the musical journey may feel menacing at times, it is always a reminder of the darkness we may face ahead to strive to come out to a beautiful place.

illich Mujica is a Venezuelan born, New York City-bred DJ who plays uplifting melodic tunes blended with dark and mysterious beats. A commanding stage presence who always connects on an emotional level with the crowd, he understands a DJ performance as a communal experience, in which he guides the listeners on a profound musical ride.
