The album "Sylmar" by acclaimed electronic music producer PNFA (Wolfram Gruß) is a massive longplayer with over 124 min running time and 15 excellent tracks somewhere between trip-hop, idm, house and techno as well as influences from epic cinematic soundtracks. 
„Sylmar“ feels like a trip around the world with an increasing pace and rising tension the further you listen. While the majority of the deep and intelligent titles like „Roots“, „Along The Way“ or the title track „Sylmar“ are certainly brain food, towards the end the album gets more and more danceable. 
Through the use of many organic, classical instruments in mostly electronic tracks, „Sylmar“ is once more a genre bender of incredible quality.

"Hidden Figures" is a powerful deep exploration into a dark but beautiful sonic world. PNFA's album features eleven multi-facetted atmospheric genre bridging electronic music tracks settled somewhere between cinematic Trip Hop beats and deep Downtempo Techno. The pieces are crafted in a narrative composition, with a lot of love for details and technically stunning expertise. On this record PNFA thoughtfully plays with straight forward fast paced electronic beats and mixes them with tense melancholic, but sometimes also ethereal harmonies as well as warped electro acoustic partly exotic lead instruments. Haunting vocals pop up here and there giving the album an epic organic feel despite the massive electronic base. "Break The Sequence" is the long awaited new album by acclaimed electronic music artist PNFA. With 15 deep, versatile and outright magical chill out, house, garage, and techno tracks this long player never ceases to surprise and fascinate anyone listening. Known for mostly instrumental music, this album is also PNFA's first one to incorporate virtuousically written vocal tracks that often break out of genre boundaries by making use not only of typical beats and basses, but also classical instruments as well. 
The arrangements producer Wolfram Gruss has written speak for themselves. With more than 20 years of professional experience and over 50 albums released under several artist names, he precisely understands the craft of creating and playing instruments to maximum effect. Since the last PNFA album release "Sylmar" in 2014 several years have passed in which he focused mainly on working on film music. The experience gathered has obviously taken the music  on "Break The Sequence" to a whole new level. The songs and tracks are showcase of an almost cinematic atmosphere in a rare density. A lot of effort and love has been put in the details which makes repeated consumption better every time.

Wolfram Gruss produces mostly electronic music for the club since 1994, which gained already international acclaim and were published on labels all around the globe, for example on Ministry of Sound and Sony Music. Despite the eclectic mixture of styles on "Vogue", the trademarked quality PNFA sound is still clearly recognizable. A very enjoyable record.
