Warming Summer Sun-Set XD

This set marks the beginning of a year full of great vibes and many adventures to enjoy to the fullest. At the same time it is the promo set for the event of our friends from 809K "809K Goes North".

This Saturday night February 1st we will make history at the electronic music venue VoyVoy in Cabarete Puerto Plata, the dance floor will vibrate to the rhythm of the renowned DJs Robert Heyaime, from NYC Cylo Carl and of course myself. 

To make this set I was inspired by the styles and colors that are of influence in my colleagues already mentioned, making a trip between music from different eras and styles, trying to have the common flavor between the rhythm styles that I play and mixing the works of tremendous geniuses of the global groove culture. Enjoy it to the fullest, share it and let's all dance.

Este set marca el nicio de un año lleno de buenisima vibra y muchas aventuras de las cuales disfrutar al maximo. Al mismo tiempo es el promo set para el evento de nuestros amigos de 809K "809k Goes North".

Esta noche de Sábado 1ro de Febrero haremos historia en el venue de musica electrónica VoyVoy en Cabarete Puerto Plata, la pista vibrara al ritmo de los reconocidos Djs Robert Heyaime, desde NYC Cylo Carl y por su puesto un servidor. 

Para hacer este set me inspire en los estilos y colores que son de influencia en mis colegas ya mencionados, haciendo un viaje entre musica de diferentes épocas y estilos, intentando tener el sabor comun entre los ritmo estilos que mas toco y mezclando las obras de  tremendos genios de la cultura groove global. Disfrutenlo a todo dar, compartanlo y bailemos todos.

This is Pochē Jāquez and I'm a talented Dj and Electronic Music Producer from Dominican Republic who studied music at Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo as Bachelor in Music with mentions in Theory and Education.

From a very early age I had a lot of affinity with the universe of sounds and music has been my north since then. I was influenced by the world of Groove, Tribal and EuroTrance, until I got deeper into a whole culture full of rhythms and colors.

I make music from the heart, both to liven up the dancefloors as well as to bring a humorous but conscious message. Join me on this journey and let's dream that we are notes in the air that come together to vibrate in an exact harmony.
