I just ask the president. “Sarado po ba kayo sa pag-aamyenda ng konstitusyon?” He said, “Alam mo noong araw sarado ako, pero ngayon nag-iisip na ako.” That would be headline. And then we talk about work limits that you know probably I might want to be. And in my mind, Wow! This would be in the headlines tomorrow. And true enough it became and I thought that was it. You know what happen there. Yung mga ibang mga journalist like Ryza Robles, began texting me like other journalists. One journalist told me, 'alam mo attorney you stirred the nation to panic. Yusuf Ledesma: National Commission on Muslim Filipinos was already successful in Halal certification. Why are some of our brothers pushing this Halal certification board in the congress?

Monher Bajunaid: The Office of Muslim Affairs, it has been practice of OMA to certify Hahal products. But when there was a petition in the Supreme Court for the OMA to stop certifying Halal products, the certifying had been stopped by the OMA. With the advent of NCMF they have been tasked to accredit Halal product. But there is a move now in congress by some sectors. They would like to take it out from the NCMF and bring it to DTI or DA which to me is not the expertise of either of the government agencies. Because it is NCMF who has the moral authority to accredit Halal certifiers.

Yusuf Ledesma: Amend the constitution. Allow a more decentralized form of government. An alternative would be a Federal system.
