Dozet is a DJ/Producer hailing from Novi Sad, Serbia. He is a part of the event collective called "Acropolis" that is dedicated to pushing the limits of Drum & Bass Music.

"Knickerbockers" is a forward-thinking take on Ghetto Slam, combining many genres and taking inspiration from Levela, Imanu and Buunshin. The ugly foghorn sounds were made by using a sound from a real ship horn and combining it with a foghorn sample.

This track is part of Nu Kvlture's 2nd compilation EP "Vol.2" which features tunes from up to 40 artists and spanning between 100-170bpm. This EP has done the rounds from artists such as LCY, A.Fruit, Gremlinz as well as shows on Rinse FM & Boiler Room.

The third entry into our Crux singles series comes from Circular Square, currently one of Brussel’s secret gems, but clearly on the verge of blowing up. Circular Square’s seemingly natural skill at crafting exciting interzones of bass-heavy club acrobatics and melodic realms, prime his productions for both adventurous dancefloors and deeper home immersion.

As the central piece, 3-HT-(xon) finds an equilibrium between its surgical drum stitches, swaths of glassy chimes and rapturous flutes. That balance tips a bit as lush, almost pastoral elements come to the fore half-way through, before the drums regain their ground.

Swiveling hi-hats surround a mighty, prowling bass on GBS_02x, an expertly crafted minimalist and stealthy pouncer, that successfully wrings every last drop of momentum out of its carefully selected components. As an addition, Leese’s snakey flip reconstructs its stagger into a rolling parade of tribal percussion, intermittent vocal stabs and cavernous drop-outs, mastering the fine art of remixing that is true to the original, while still bearing the unmistakable handwriting of the remixer.

Zajawka na muzę elektroniczną narodziła się u niego przez eksplorację lokalnych miejscówek i klubów co z czasem w wyniku chęci doznawania tego co często nie osiągalne brzmieniowo "na mieście" przerodziło się w serwowanie muzyki i dzielenia się nią wraz z podzielającymi pogląd. Swój oficjalny debiut miał na naszej imprezie celebrującej miesiąc działania. Jak narazie nie zamyka się w żadnych ramach co będzie można usłyszeć w prezentowanej selekcji.  W repertuarze będzie można usłyszeć połamane perkusje, ambientowo - idm'owe wstawki, trochę bassowej wrzuty i chęć łączenia przeszłości z teraźniejszością.

BEJ - Beginner DJ from Poznań. The fascination with electronic music was born from exploring local spots and clubs, which over time, due to the desire to experience what is often not achievable sonically "in town", transformed into serving music and sharing it with those who share this view. He made his official debut at our party celebrating a month of operation. So far, he does not limit himself to any frames, which will be heard in the presented selection. In the repertoire, you will be able to hear broken drums, ambient - IDM inserts, a bit of bass throw-in, and a desire to combine the past with the present.

Clemency presents References - her debut EP for Finn’s 2 B REAL. Three deceptively simple percussive pieces, both awkward and elegant.

Each track on the EP feels almost living and breathing; sparse, dissonant synths meet intricate drums and juddering basslines, effortlessly creating momentum and motion across the record.

‘References’ is Bethany Clements Patrick’s first EP under the Clemency alias. She’s a regular behind the decks at Partisan, Soup Kitchen & The White Hotel, and co-runs Manchester’s Mutualism club night, label & NTS show.
