Joe Worley. Founder of independent music and arts festival, Westival. Comfortable going in any direction, you will find him spinning Disco, House, and other Balearic sounds, to Garage, Jungle and Trance, depending on the setting/time of day. His sets are always of an eclectic nature, twisting and turning, keeping the audience on their toes. Living by the slogan ‘if it’s good, it’s good’, gives Mr West the freedom behind the decks to explore many genres rather than being fixated by one sound or style. From DJ’ing at the festival and other club events around the UK, he has had the opportunity to support artists such as O’flynn, Peach, Dr Banana, Alec Falconer, Dan Shake amongst others.

"This mix was recorded as an ode to Westival. I pictured sounds I’d be likely to hear over the weekend, most likely at the Garden stage, an outdoor setting next to the bar that has a fun upbeat nature throughout the day and night. Imagining the crowd throwing shapes at the front, and others indulging from the many sofas dotted around the tent. The mix starts off with some of my favourite South African bits, then onto many variations of House; Italo, 90’s, Hip, Garage, Soulful, it covers the lot. I had loads of fun putting this selection together, and if you enjoyed the tunes, then grab yourself a ticket for Westival as you’re guaranteed to hear a bag of this throughout the weekend!"

With over 14 years of experience Soni Ceron has become one of the most recognized djs in the underground electronic music scene in Mexico.
When she moved to Mexico City she started to earn a prominent position in the underground scene, performing at various respected parties, festivals and underground clubs in the city, as well as in the United States playing at places like The lot Radio, Output in New York, The Standard Rooftop in LA, Winter Music Festival in Miami among others, sharing dj both with acclaimed international artists.
All this has led her to represent México in the international music scene as the first Mexican woman to perform on Boiler Room.
The following years she launched her first EP with Concret called Borders and became part of the interactive live act Concret/XYZ with the Italian producer Mateo Q-pha and Mexican visual artist Error 1322.
Currently she is resident dj and part of Galaxie Nites, one of the most prominent house parties in México.

Nahomi has been immersed since her early childhood in electronic music. Based in Switzerland for 15 years, music is a family affair, raised on vinyl, she knew how to forge his musical education between house, techno, soul, hip hop and more sustained sounds. His House-oriented musical selection is both energetic and emotional, always in the desire to surprise and create a communicative atmosphere with his audience.

Maybe it is nice to mention that he hosts a seasonal radio show on “Operator Radio” called “All that makes you move”. He works a local record store, which also happens to be a record label releasing more funk/soul oriented stuff on vinyl. he has released EP’s on the Amsterdam based “Tomorrow is now, Kid!” London based “Monologues Records” and Feedasoul Records from Libanon. He is a vivid digger/collector who loves to fool around with a very broad range of musical genres, but for House Salad Music he recorded an exclusive mix containing (mostly;)) only house music.}

Dutch producer and DJ Poko poko pushes an eclectic house and disco sound that oozes charisma, funk, soul, colour and good energy. Releasing on acclaimed imprints like Monologues Records, Feedasoul, House Cookin’ and Tomorrow Is Now Kid! He’s building a very impressive catalogue and a global fanbase with it.
 
His name comes from the Italian musical direction Poco a poco – ‘little by little’. “I’ve always felt strongly related to that term and used it a lot when the world around me felt like moving too fast” he says. “This project should be a life’s work and should evolve over time. Wherever it goes or takes me. No pressure, no obligations, just a way of living.” And so it has gone in his freewheeling journey as Poko poko so far, building up his production output and finding increasing success on quality house music labels, as well as some free downloads given away by the likes of Eton Messy and successful edits released to world wide acclaim.

Often to be found spreading his musical gospel in clubs in the Southern side of the Netherlands, he also sounds out musical missives from his @atmym radio show. “It can vary from long-lost funk and disco treasures to early ‘90s Chicago or acid house and from slick mid-tempo West Coast boogie and late ‘70s soul steppers to new wave or psychedelic rock and back to techno and electro again. I like catchy, snappy and quirky stuff, so if there’s a common theme which runs through my style as a DJ, it must be that.”
