Act 2 Boss - Sonic 3 (FDS)

Soundcloud seems to be okay! I've had this lying around for about a year. It was originally attended for the Sonic 3 2A03 collab (it would have DPCM bass) but I could never get the mixing right. So here it is, I guess.
