Yhii is a DJ and producer from the heart of Yerevan and a resident artist at Poligraf club and the infamous DIARIES collective. Davit's foray into the world of electronic music began during his teen years as Cloistral, where he displayed a unique understanding of sound through an unconventional palette of emotions.
Over a decade, Yhii has become one of the most significant and beloved artists in the local electronic music scene. With a mystical ability to create a direct and pure connection with his audience, Yhii has become a household name, with his eclectic sets captivating the crowd with his stage presence. His unique approach to music has earned him a reputation as a boundary-pusher, constantly driving the limits of what is possible in electronic music.

Welcome back on MÄRacasse, this month we fly to Armenia for the second time already...

Hovsep Aghjian aka HOV is an electronic music producer and cofounder of dk.tsk label & collective based in Armenia.

Originally a drummer & performing in different underground rock bands in Beirut have brought him to live improvisations, which is a big part of his creative process.

Blending complex layerings of rhythms & textures of various genres is his language.

He also co-founded the musical project KHOUM back in 2015 and since gathered an obsession with rhythms and mysticism through research in oriental & Western Armenian tunes.

Oslo trance outfit Accelerationism is the brainchild of Marius Bø & Teo Bachs, whose trippy, high-energy sounds were born back in 2017 as a series of open-air woodland raves. The Norwegian duo are co-founders of the Ute Collective, an umbrella sobriquet spearheading their current charge alongside other artists with forest gathering division Uteklubb and imprint Ute.Rec (and sublabels Sinensis and Translusid for a deeper dive into ambient-, hardtrance as well as Goa). The pair are even known to distribute their music as mix CDs from time to time, an appropriately authentic and tangible format for a 90s sound having such a profound resurgence in a world dominated by digital media. There’s clearly a lot on their plate, and that’s maybe not so surprising: the same passion the duo pours into their many projects is manifested by a diligent and lightning-fast brand of trance - this rabble-rousing duo has energy in abundance. Bassiani Podcast 175 channels Marius and Teo’s firebrand spirit and clandestine forest gatherings with emotive nostalgia as well as fresh and radical optimism. This mix consists of unreleased nordic trance for a dazzling and uncertain future.
