** Project ELITE Neo Contra (PS2) Timers **


Here's a selection timers for use with the board game Project ELITE, featuring a Neo Contra theme.

After the starting tune plays out, you'll hear a metallic shredding noise! This is your signal to pick up your dice and begin play!

Halfway through the mission, you'll hear an explosion, marking the mid point of the battle. An alarm will sound near the end warning you to finish the fight.

A final sound effect will play signaling the end of the Action Phase. Stop immediately. You won't miss it!


Project ELITE has up to 8 rounds of play, but because there are so many worthwhile Neo Contra tracks suitable for Project ELITE timers, I've decided to include more than the necessary 8.

These timer tracks have been carefully ordered for tone and intensity to relate to the tension and build up of an escalating game of Project ELITE. Of course you may try them in any order you choose!
But for a thematic and curated experience, try the following instructions below. --->

~ TIMERS ~
For Rounds 1, 2, and 3, select from the following tracks:
• 01. Training Mode (Credits)
• 02. Abduction
• 03. Safety First
• 04. 101
• 05. Speed Run

For Rounds 4, 5, and 6, choose from the following:
• 06. Nu Metal
• 07. Peaceful Chaos
• 08. Bad Girl
• 09. Nuclear
• 10. Neo Contra (Main Theme)

And for the final two Rounds, 7 and 8, select from the following timers:
• 11. Acid NRG
• 12. Master Contra
• 13. Battle Train Remix
• 14. True Last Boss

~ REDUCED TIMERS ~
For Rounds using the 'OUT OF TIME' Event Card pick one of these tracks:
• 18. Perfect Zone
• 19. Helicarrier
• 20. Nu Metal (Variant)
• 21. Open Your Mind
• 22. Drum 'n' Boss

If the 8th and Final Round has an OUT OF TIME Event Card Active, use this track:
• 23. True Last Boss (Variant)


~ FLAVOR TRACKS ~
While setting up the game, try listening to this:
• 00. Game Preparation (Metamorphosis)

Before the Final 8th Round's Action Phase, play this soul-stirring flavor track for last chance inspiration:
• 14. Before the Final Battle (Death of Mystery G)

If at any point the game ends in Failure, play the following flavor track:
• 15. Failure

And if at any point the game ends in Victory, play this one:
• 16. Victory

10. Main Theme

Ever wanted to experience your favorite board game, ESCAPE the Curse of the Temple, along with the themes of Spelunker HD?

Well, now you can!
This mix features popular tracks and audio from the modern day classic 'Spelunker HD' for the PS3 game console.

ESCAPE cues have been retained at their original marks in relation to each other. You still only have 10 minutes to escape the temple!

A calming and focusing track has been added at the beginning to allow game set up or mental preparation. From there, follow the cues and ESCAPE the temple!

When you hear the Gong resurrecting the spirits of spelunkers who didn't make it out of the temple, run for your lives to the safe chamber!... And watch out.. that dastardly 'Black Spelunker' is around, and when he sounds the gong three times, the temple will begin to collapse, so high-tail it out of there! If you're not in a safe area when the doors shut, and the death jingle chimes, you're in big trouble!  Of course, all the rules for ESCAPE the Curse of the Temple are still in effect. 

Now try to get out alive!
