’’As Putin's Invasion continues, the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine is deteriorating by the day.
Civil Deaths are increasing, millions of innocent people are on the run.
Each passing day, Russian forces rage on, destroying Ukrainian cities, shattering the lives of millions of people
..and there's no end in sight.

Showing cohesion and solidarity is now more important than ever.

It goes without saying that we as Schimmer Records are supporting the Ukrainians and tackle the crisis by all our available means.
In addition to signing petitions, attending demonstrations, sharing facts and using our voice to create widespread and sustained awareness of the situation, we decided to raise funds to support the people in Ukraine directly.

More than 30 Artists and Friends from all over the world, joined our project and offered their services free of charge.

Some of you may be aware, I released a sample pack a few months ago, and along with the sample pack, I announced a competition. The announcement read as follows.

"I want to see what other creatives' interpretations of my samples are and how these snippets of audio can be transformed into new original music!
So I have decided to run a competition!
I will be judging how well you made these samples your own.
Rules:
Along with your submission tell me which samples you used and what creative production techniques you used to manipulate them into something new and unique.
You must use/transform at least 5 samples from pack 001.
The deadline is the 16th of July at 23:59 (Which should be plenty of time).
Now the release schedule is pretty full this year on PRTL WRX but will figure out a way to release the best tracks on there, which could either be its own separate EP or as part of the next VA."

I received some amazing music but these two, Kamen and Absolet both sent me 3 tracks each and were both clear winners of the competition, so I decided to make it a split EP. Few other submissions will make it onto the next VA..

Ben B is an artist, co-founder and member of the @polishtechnology collective. He was interested in music from an early age, then to learn the art of mixing and the first DAW's. Electronic music has always been a transmitter and a catalyst of emotions for him. He started his professional adventure in 2008, where he performed as a DJ at the first club party. Over the years, he perfected his skills and went through several musical genres to finally focus on the darker variety of his favorite genre. The diverse selection that he carefully selects and the eclectic interpretation makes his sets interesting for his audience.

BIO: 

Saint Peter – Warsaw-based DJ and promoter, founder of the “mésalliance” music event
series and co-creator of the “Znamy się z Techno” community.
Known for his incredible energy during performances, unique style rooted in diversity, and
exceptional versatility, he delivers a high-octane blend of pumping groovy techno,
hardgroove, and hard techno, typically ranging between 140 and 150 BPM. As he puts it:
“No matter what you play, the most important thing in dancefloor music is the groove that
keeps you moving.”
Although he debuted in 2007, his return to DJing in 2020 marked the true beginning of his
career, earning him a nomination for "Discovery of the Year 20XX" in Munoludy awards
curated by muno.pl
He has performed in Poland's top clubs, including Smolna, Crackhouse, Sfinks700, Ciało,
and Transformator, as well as at festivals like Wisłoujście, Sadzimy Techno Las, and Carbon
Silesia Festival.


Saint Peter – warszawski DJ i promotor, twórca cyklu imprez „mésalliance” i współtwórca

Wyróżnia go niesamowita energia podczas występów, unikalny styl w selekcji utworów
oparty na różnorodności oraz ogromna wszechstronność. Za konsolą najchętniej prezentuje
energetyczną mieszankę pompującego groovy techno, hardgroove i hard techno, oscylując

Poland born and Manchester based DJ and producer, SKZ, began his journey into electronic music as a teenager through listening to music and raving in his hometown of Olsztyn. After moving to Manchester in his early twenties he began to explore DJing and producing of various genres of electronic music under a different alias. 

In 2021 he established his new alias, SKZ, which focuses strictly on hypnotic, textured, but still very driving techno. He’s the co-founder of the event series, podcast and platform, Refractiøn and resident of Polish Techno.logy. After years of working behind the scenes Adrian starts releasing music in 2022 nad quickly gain music support from names like Takaaki Itoh, Tensal, Svreca, Lakej and many more. Esquita:

ESQUITA began her DJ mission with fast-paced psytrance strains, debuting as part of the Instytut Dźwięku in 2023. Since her debut, she has played many times in clubs including Szpitalna 1, Święta Krowa, STK47, Sekta Selekta, Mashroom, Poczta Główna, Prozak 2.0, Noce Krk, Plan Be.
She is the organizer of the new Psy-kick project, the spirit and driving force of which are night subgenres of psytrance.
ESQUITA loves to explore different subgenres of "psy" and combine them, smuggling in a large dose of energy, but also a lot of darkness and deep sounds. Her repertoire also includes slower tempos - minimal psy, dark progressive psy, psytech.


Hellix:

Hailing from the eastern region of Poland, has found his groove in the vibrant city of Krakow. A dedicated club enthusiast, he immerses himself in the pulsating beats of the techno scene. Through unwavering determination and relentless effort, Hellix has carved his path as both a DJ and a producer, steadily rising through the ranks of Poland's electronic music landscape in recent years.
In 2023, Hellix joined forces with Aetha and Diabot to become a member of the "Feed Crew," a collective dedicated to advancing the underground electronic music scene. Together, they quickly gained recognition for organizing and curating dynamic events that resonated with audiences throughout Poland.
Throughout his journey, Hellix has had the privilege of sharing the stage with an impressive array of talent, including esteemed artists such as Benales, Madalba, Mario Berger, Mary Yuzovskaya, Stranger, Border One, Hemka, The Lady Machine and many others. This exposure not only honed his skills but also solidified his position within the techno community.

Nightfall is a Warsaw DJ, distinguished by his unique selection of techno, driven by energetic and hypnotic groove. He was infected with classic techno in the early 2000s. During his sets, he focuses on quality and originality. Entering the stage at a mature age allowed him to look at music and the role of the artist in a unique, unusual way.
Despite his short presence on stage, he has already played before Ellen Allien and Hekato. He has performed at Smolna38, Luzztra, Transformator, Cel, Prozak 2.0, Noce KRK, Willi w Parku and Hala Odra.
A graduate of the Institute of Sound, he believes in the principle "Techno is not about BPM. It is all about groove". Music is his passion and playing is a way to express the emotions that lie dormant within him.

Nightfall to warszawski DJ, wyróżniający się wyjątkową selekcją techno, napędzanego energetycznym i hipnotycznym groovem. Klasycznym techno zaraził się we wczesnych latach 2000. Podczas swoich setów stawia na jakość i oryginalność. Wejście na scenę w dojrzałym wieku pozwoliło mu spojrzeć na muzykę i rolę artysty w wyjątkowy, niecodzienny sposób.
Pomimo krótkiej obecności na scenie, grał już przed Ellen Allien czy Hekato. Występował m.in. na Smolnej38, w Luzztrze, Transformatorze, Celu, Prozaku 2.0, Nocach KRK, Willi w Parku czy Hali Odra.

Poland born and Manchester based DJ and producer, began his journey into electronic music as a teenager through listening to music and raving in his hometown of Olsztyn. After moving to Manchester in his early twenties he began to explore DJing and producing of various genres of electronic music under a different alias.

In 2021 he established his new alias, SKZ, which focuses strictly on hypnotic, textured, but still very driving techno.
He’s the co-founder of the event series, podcast and platform, Refractiøn, and is also the person responsible of releases on ‘’PTL’’ by Polish Techno.logy where he also become a new resident. After years of working behind the scenes Adrian starts releasing music in 2022 nad quickly gain music support from names like Takaaki Itoh, Tensal, Svreca, Lakej and many more. In 2025 Adrian starts his own label ,, Arya '' and change his moniker ,,SKZ '' to his real name.

Polish Techno.logy was created in 2017 as a podcast series project. Over the years, it has become a respectful platform which hosted sets of many local artists as well as the international ones. 
Among many others we invited artists such as Arnaud Le Texier, Insolate, Joton, Bralle, Anne, Falling Echoes, Antonio de Angelis, Casual Treatment, D/n, Red Rooms, Juri Heidemann, Decka and many more.

As a natural progression we started to promote the music, which correlates with our vision by working with artists, collectives and labels and uploading their tracks as premieres.
So far, we have been trusted by such labels as Planet Rhythm, Newrhytmic Recs, KSR, SK Eleven, VOXNOX Berlin, OECUS, Out Of Place, Prophet Recordings, Immaterial Archives, Devotion Records, METHODICAL and many more.
