In the northern reaches I have witnessed a curious phenomenon whereby at certain times of the year the trees take on a peculiar redish-yellowish color as if each leaf has become a small, flickering flame. I have been told that this is to be expected and no cause for alarm. Instead of fleeing to the seaside, the natives seem to be more concerned about the epidemic of ripe apples that is yearly visited upon their community. Each family ventures forth into the burning forest with a large basket in an attempt to once and for all rid the world of this succulent fruit. Though they return with arms heavy from the burden they carry, each year the apples return in greater numbers than before. I can only imagine what would happen if they were to cease their courageous endeavors. The trees, overwhelmed at last, would topple, bringing the fire down onto the buildings and avenues, destroying the world.

Today I started learning Ableton and this was my result at the end of the tutorials.

One take on the vocals so they are a bit flat at times. I was experimenting with Audio Effects to see if I could reproduce some chip sounds. Not good quality, but it was fun.
