Bio:
 
Julie Petrecca was born in 1981 in Montreal. Since childhood, Julie is introduced to music as she grows up practically in the recording studio owned by her father. He quickly transmits his passion and his interest for the world of music to his daughter.
 
In her late teens, she discovers Electronic music and her passion for music grows even more. All these years of musical culture and the well kept connection to this particular universe, Julie's taste develops in several categories of Electronic music from Underground Deep House, Funky House, Jackin, Electronica, Organic House, Progressive House, Melodic House & Techno, Techno, Hard Techno, Tech House and Atmospheric DnB ... nevertheless Julie prefers the underground sounds ;)
 
Since February 2015, Julie host her own weekly show ‘’The So What! Radioshow’’ presenting DJs and DJ/Producers from all around the world. She’s also involved in her Family radio, ‘’Radio Webphré’’

Depth Perception Sessions #55 - Julie Petrecca

This weekend we are in Argentina 🇦🇷 with Alberto Blanco. Early on in his childhood, he moved to Mar del Plata were stayed until after his adolescence. His enthusiasm for both modern and electronic music gave way to a rather large and varied collection of discs. At the start of the millennium, his main influences were Hernan Cattaneo, John Digweed, Sasha, Steve Lawler, Dave Seaman, Sander Kleinenberg, Timo Mass, Danny Howells among other great leaders of the electronic music scene. His interests and path towards his destiny began to define themselves in 2006 which lead him to roots of electronic music when he moved to Ibiza where he began his career as a formal DJ participating in various private events. As 2012 arrives, Alberto started producing with Graziano Raffa and along with Hernan Cattaneo's support of their productions, not only on his radio show "Resident," but also in the largest international clubs, they signed their first EP with Norman H’s distinguished label, Stripped Records (UK). During this time, Alberto meets and begins producing with Matias Vila, they then sign with Sangria Recordings to eventually become finalist of the Remix Contest for "dPen- Vasanizome," which was released by the major label Sound Avenue. They also remixed Granziano Raffa, for the famous label Liquid Grooves, and a remix of Matias Fernandez Vina on Underground Music Records. As we can see, 2012 has been a year full of great success for Alberto and we are sure that 2013 holds great promise with the start of many more exciting projects not only as a DJ and as a producer as well. BIO Maceo Plex

Maceo Plex is an expert in deep house and electro. He has been working the circuit since 2001 and over the past ten years he has gone from a simple DJ to a high quality performer. He has an unteachable high proficiency when it comes to music and mixing live which has seen his reputation flourish on the circuit amongst fans and critics.

He is now highly recommended so every crowd seems to be getting bigger and bigger especially when he stops off at the likes of the Parklife and Ultra Music Festival. The tents get packed to the rafters and everybody shares the mentality that they are there to have one hell of a party. For over an hour Maceo provides the soundtrack with original mixes worked within remixes for the likes of Röyksopp and more. The crowd does not stand still for a second and the roars echo around the tent as real celebration of this talented DJ.

As a producer, the 27-year-old Tonino from Stuttgart has been releasing melodic techno and progressive house tracks on labels such as Schallmauer Records, Sunexplosion Records and his own label Fever Records since 2020. His releases have been played by numerous DJs in the local electronic music scene and have been successful in the Record Beatport Charts.
His passion for electronic music and the scene is reflected in his sound. He plays in clubs like Gleis 44 and delivers an energetic mix of organic, progressive and melodic sound.
With a lot of heart and emotion, he brings his many years of experience directly from the dance floor to his sets.
