This week on Topshelf we are honured to have with us German DJ/Producer and Indie Dance mix series head, Kurt Kjergaard.

A master of his craft with 3 decades of DJ'ing experience under his belt having played clubs all over Germany, Kurt Kjergaard has built up an extremely impressive, incredibly versatile collection of music over the years, allowing him to deliver gold standards sets in everything from Italo to Deep house, Dark Disco to Techno. 
Kurt Kjergaard's undeniable love of dance music drew him to promote to the masses with a multitude of mix series, including 'Outside The Box', 'KK Presents' and his dark disco filled 'Indie Dance' series which has hosted the likes of Bonnie Spacey, Franz Matthews, Parissior and Zaratustra since its inception 7 months ago.
With new music alongside our Friend Kay-Chi due later this year we're sure this pro is in for another successful year, bringing more great artists to a larger audience as well as further showcasing his talents behind the decks. Born in Naples (Italy) January 1st, 1979. He grew up with music at the age of six listening to his father's vinyl records. At the age of 15, he already started playing. He was influenced from 70's disco music and house music and in our days from techno music. He played in several clubs in the city and worked for 13 years in a famous city radio. Music is a part of his life.

𝗘𝗽𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗱𝗲 𝟰𝟮 Welcomes the very talented 𝗗𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗼 𝗦𝘂𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗲 from Bosnia & Herzegovina.

Dario Suerte – is a Balkan based producer, born in 1988 – a time tumultuous enough to give birth to a generation fitted only to catch a glimpse of the glorious 90’s electronic music revolution. It was those bits and pieces of the already passing 90’s that initially involved him into an amateur Dj-ing hobby that consequently led to a passion for music production.
His debut track was released on a VA minimal techno compilation for "CVM Records" in 2008 under the alias Effective Thief. From 2013 onwards, Dario explores the realms of non conventional electronic music under his new alias, following only his own instinct and emotions as a guiding light. While mostly fusing together elements of deep house, minimal, techno and more progressive notes, his music is quite often coloured with the distinct sound of the 90’s electronics.

Known for his blend of progressive and melodic techno, Tumzz has swiftly carved out a niche for himself, demonstrating a profound ability to connect with audiences through his dynamic and emotionally resonant performances.

Hailing from Belgium, a country with a rich legacy in electronic music, Tumzz grew up immersed in a culture that celebrated the genre. Drawn to the pulsating rhythms and deep, melodic progressions of techno, he soon found his calling. His early influences range from classic techno pioneers to contemporary melodic maestros, all of which have shaped his distinctive sound.
