Right now my fav nyc DJ is cry$cross. I enjoyed Crystal play so manyy times this past 2021 summer. For me her sound encapsulated the vast range of emotions I was feeling at that time. she translated the weight of all that restlessness..grief..power and excitement that was hanging in the air into movement, dancE! and relief.

For Black History month I dedicated my NTS to a celebration of my people in dance music.
