This is a version of a version of a song that appeared on THE THRILL OF FRESH PAINT and the free (SUNDRIES) CD. I was attempting to combine Celtic and Eastern European atmospheres in the melody and instrumentation.

An early version of this song appeared on the CD (sundries), which was free with The Thrill of Fresh Paint. Guitar arpeggios have been added to give a jingle-jangle sound to the track, and there's also some new Synth sounds at the coda.. but basically, it's the same track Vanessa Rigg put her vocal to in 2002.

pomegranate is a long-term project of Stef McGlinchey with occasional help from Vanessa Rigg on vocals. Three full-length studio albums have been released on Stef's label Integral as well as OUTERSONIC , a 6 x mini-album series which features radical remixes of some early tapes, but also contains brand new works. Electronic, psychedelic, dubby tracks (often with long ambient codas), sit beside minimal acoustic guitar improvisations.
