Atascasa (5/5/2020 - 6/5/2020) was a one hit wonder born out of 3 lost souls who got accidentally locked in a house while planet earth underwent dramatic circumstances. Their survival instinct drove them towards flowering creativity and diverse sexual excursions with only one outcome: Tropical Bondage. The vocals are nattily recorded by the 2 Argentinian dancers and choreographers Brenda Boote Bidal & Marcos Sr. Arriola. Synths, Drums & Production by soFa. Mixed by t-woc.

For their first release ‘Foule Contact Vol.1’, the Parisien-crew @pompelope saw things big, with a clear leitmotiv: going from the virtual world to real-life and connect all together in each and every one of those tracks, covering a wide range of music genres. 

The compilation opens itself with @gui-scott, head of the incredible @goptun parties in São Paulo. His track is an invitation to dream and travel, in a captivating, sensual dub, following the tradition of Brasilian Reggaes.

MM Cast 01: POMPELOPE

We are very happy to welcome the guys from Pompelope for the first episode of our MM Casts. 

Pompelope was born out of the gatherings of a bunch of friends who had a passion for the four to the floor in the Belleville bargains basements. Party organizers and record pushers in their spare time, they distribute sets which range from house to disco and from downtempo to HI-NRG, as long as people dance.

Since this collaborative project from members of Limbe records, SeekSickSound and Sour records started their story, they've been releasing remarkable series of podcasts featuring artists from the likes of Tim Sweeney, Trepanado, Beppe Loda and Telephones among others.

One thing is more than clear, and that's the passion for music that this collective print on every single thing that they bring to the light. They've recently launched the first release as a label with an amazing "V.A" that includes astonishing works signed by Franz Scala, Running Hot, Hysteric, Volantis and Kito Jempere to name a few.

On this MM Cast 01 that the french guys have been cooking for us, downtempo with sunny-nostalgic vibes and polyrhythmic sounds will be the leitmotiv. A "dance not dance" mix that could be enjoyed either alone with headphones or in group that want to share gathering vibes.

The same that fuels this series and has helped us cover a vast geographical area as well as discover many musical eras in our encounters.
