Michał Dobrzyński aka www.soundcloud.com/emde is one of the most promising and the busiest electronic Dj and Producer from Poland. Apart from djing (Emde played in almost all important clubs all over Poland), he is known not only for various collaborations with growing and well-known artists from all over the world, but also for running his own label called Prismat Recordings, whose releases are well-recognized and supported by many top artists. Often invited to play in Europe, Emde finally made it in 2014 and took part in Barcelona’s Sonar Music Festival as part of Talk Music crew.

Originally from Hel (the tourist city in the north of Poland), Emde resides in Trójmiasto, the mecca of many genres of polish music, where the world trends have always been quickly followed, partly because of sailors smuggling not only forbidden goods, but also (what was essential for the clubbing scene) the vinyls. 

The inavailability of vinyls in Poland belongs to the past, but open-mindedness and the search for good music have stayed and Trójmiasto is one of the most important clubbing cities in Poland, as well as a place to be visited by thousands of tourists every year. It is all reflected in the productions of Emde, who draws inspirations not only from the closest to Poland, Berlin scene of house and techno, but also from such countries as Italy, Spain, the UK, the US, or even Japan. The style of house produced by Dobrzyński has led him to many interesting collaborations: the ones with Julio (Italy) and Iori Wakasa, Emde's tracks were released by labels like Suara (Coyu’s label), Nervous Records (NYC) or Save Room Recordings (Florian Kruse’s label). Such important releases cover often such artists as Dave DK, Ada, Martin Eyerer, Mihai Popoviciu, Tapesh, Sidney Charles, D-Nox and Beckers, Haetrik, Affkt, Sante or Soliman and are followed by Luciano, Reboot, Andre Crom, Kolombo, Waif & Strays, Leon (Italy), Gary Beck, Robert Babicz, Nico Lahs, Coyu, Robert Dietz or Pirupa. Some of Emde’s tracks or remixes, even being a few years old) are still played regularly on the sunny beaches of Ibiza. What is important, is that Emde’s own tracks were remixed by such artists as Andre Crom, Martin Dawson, Nice7, Saytek or SCSI-9.

He has been a staple figure on the Polish underground music scene for almost a decade, well-loved for his passionate, no-nonsense approach. His signature sets –  at times as long as 6-8 hours – cut across genres and eras, displaying the breadth of his musical roots, which lay in blues, soul, disco, dub and psychedelia as much as in house and techno. He has played hundreds of gigs at clubs and festivals around the country and beyond, including Sonar Festival in Barcelona and Unsound New York. He participated in the 2008 edition of Red Bull Music Academy. He releases music on Pets Recordings, S1 Warsaw, U Know Me, Uncanny Valley and Koh-I-Noor.

At that time he totally felt in love with music. As the years went by, his passion was getting stronger and stronger. Studying at the Warsaw College of Art he had the first opportunity to hear some electronic music. Front 242, Psychic TV, Throbbing Gristle, SPK and Coil changed Jurek’s attitude for the music forever. It was no longer enough to listen. He wanted to create.

No matter what music genre he’s currently in, there’s always one goal: originality. He never stops creating his own definition of music. Always searching for it’s new emotional character and aesthetic form. Despite the strong need for harmony, he likes to experiment and goes far beyond style conventions. His inspirations come from all kinds of contemporary music.

As an electronic music producer he produced 2 LPs, many EPs and single pieces. He had a chance to present his music in Japan, Australia, South Africa, Brasil, United States, Canada, Portugal, Norway, Germany and of course in Poland. Nowadays techno and minimal music became the focus of his musical interest. He records for Cocoon Recordings, Boshke Beats, Whirlpoolsex Music and for the polish Recognition Records. Today his appetite for self development seems to be as big as it  used to be. He continues private studies of composition and contemporary music theory.

DJ and producer from Gdańsk. A representative of CX Digital record label, which he runs together with Loxy - the legend of Drum & Bass scene. His productions appear on the regular basis in sets of such figures as Goldie, Marcus Intalex, Loxy, Doc Scott or Lenzman. He is the first Pole who played his set during the legendary Renegade Hardware Night in London. 2013 was definitely a breakthrough year for the artist because of the productions which are going to be released through such magnificent labels as Metalheadz, 31 Recordings or Samurai. Thanks to them he was nominated to the prestigious Best Newcomer Producer award in 2013 in the Drum & Bass Arena Awards plebiscite.

Polish producer and part-time philosopher Marcin Sonnenberg is angling his way out of the anonymous army of post-dubstep bedroom producers. His approach holds Bristol trip-hop and the singular sound of James Blake at its core, orbited by homeland contemporaries like Eltron John, new weird American folk, and the Hyperdub consortium. Distilling these influences, Sonnenberg’s sketches assemble pitch-bent synths, skipping percussion, glossy R&B samples, and an affinity for gloaming surface static carried over from his early days as a novice beatmaker, when the sound of scratched hip hop records set him in motion.

Originally from Poland, @Sound_Traveler creates music with instrumentalists and singers in Cuba and Caribbean. He publishes fusion projects on his own label „Sound Traveler Records” where electronic beats meet african rhythms, jazz improvisations and indigenous vocals. His song „Trip To Cuba” won the Dubspot New York and Ninja Tune Records contest.

As a DJ he creates hypnotizing journeys into disco, house and techno music, topped with African and Caribbean sounds and other surprising themes from around the globe. He draws inspiration from dance meditations and shamanic ceremonies. Since starting his career in 2001 he shared stages with exceptional artists who influnce his style: Dixon, Coldcut, The Orb, Digitalism, AtJazz, James Blake, Trickski, Groove Armada, Jose Gonzales, Daniel Bell, Patrick Pulsinger, Jori Hulkonnen, Jazzanova, among others. He played at Burning Man festival (Robot Heart, Junxion, Shamandome), Ecstatic Dance sessions in New York, Amsterdam and Berlin, Electronic Beats festivals, Daybreaker and The Get Down parties, 5Rhythms workshops.

He traveled to over fifty countries on six continents while performing DJ gigs, digging into local cultures, searching for inspirations, finding little known music. With many years in tourism and being traveler himself, he organizes cultural trips to Cuba and Panama.

In the musical temple of temperament they have achieved equilibrium between the impulsive and the soothing, the mysterious and the direct. Temper Temple is producer Kwazar and vocalist Kasia Malenda. They play for others to dance and contemplate providing sensual, but straight dancefloor experience.

Kasia – the owner of a magical, characteristically husky voice. She loves freestyle, however, she is engaged in many styles – from jazz, through electro, funk, reggae, to rock. She has performed in countless clubs, at festivals, but also in the philharmonic. A soul full of energy that won’t stop singing and finds solace in harmony. 

Kwazar – a dude with a fixation about good sounds. A positively nutty crackerjack with 14 years stage experience, and, for the past several years – a studio rat. Lover of both chaos and aesthetic minimalism, who is inspired by groove. Unpredictable – infects and cures with what plays in his heart.

Mia Twin - DJ, music producer, event promoter. Loves to explore new sounds, her interest in music can currently be defined as the wide electronic music, including modern house, techno, bassline and drum & bass.

After a short period of time she had a lot of gigs in the major clubs in Poland and outside Polish borders. She played often in a broadcast on Polish Radio “Czworka” and on Radio "Roxy".

As the half of the DJ/production duo Balkoi Studio (& WoolNut) she works on production, engineering, mixing and mastering at Balkoi Studio. One of the winners of the label Hospital Records contest and finalist of Burn Studios Residency contest.

Kacper Bogacz aka Kasp is a jazz musician, electronic music producer and DJ. He has worked with many Polish artists from pop and jazz scene. He is mostly known for being a part of @Pol_On duo which has released many great house records on labels like Freerange, Pets, Systematic or Connaisseur.

Currently, Mia and Kacper have released remixes and EPs on labels like Mule Musiq, We Are Your Music Mate, Soundbar Records, White Widow Brand and Sensefloor.

Born in Warsaw in 1970, Maciek Sienkiewicz has been DJing for more than 20 years, as well as producing and writing about music. For years he’s been exploring different realms of sound - classic and contemporary, popular and avant-garde, club-oriented and experimental.

Maciek started his career in early 90s, spinning hip hop and rock in Warsaw clubs alongside fellow DJ 600V, since then, he’s been playing out regularly, in Poland, Europe and America, alongside Daniel Bell, Howie B, Tiago, Al Kent, Rune Lindbaek, Richard Norris, Rebolledo and many more. As a musician, he played improvised noise music with Jacek Staniszewski, Anna Zaradny, Neurobot or late Zbigniew Karkowski. He made music for video art and documentaries, participating in numerous art/gallery projects all over the world (collaborating with Maurycy Gomulicki, Piotr Wyrzykowski, Paulina Olowska or Agnieszka Brzeżańska).

As a music critic, he conducted countless interviews, with artists ranging from Laibach through Matthew Herbert to Alicia Keys. In mid-90s Maciek was a host of a weekly TV show “Techno Life”, which played an important role in developing budding Polish club culture. 

Recently, his tracks appeared on wax through The Very Polish Cut Outs. Right now he is concentrating on own label FASRAT (Father And Son, Records And Tapes), which will release new records by Polish and international musicians and DJs, with cover art provided by some well-respected graphic artists.
For the last 4 years he’s been living in a small, picturesque Łobez in Polish countryside.
