▪ OMG, it’s finally done! I’ve been working on this on and off for a few months now and now I’m rushing to finish it and have it uploaded on Bi Visibility Day. So, that’s why the video and thumbnail suck XD Which bi the way, Happy Bi Visibility Day! I’m pretty sure I remember reading somewhere that WALTT was bi, but I could be totally wrong and this cover could’ve been a huge waste of time :’)

▪ I used j u d e i’s instrumental cover for this song! It’s so good! ▪ About the UST. I’m still practicing and learning VCCV English, so sorry if it sucks :( Same goes for the tuning, and, well, everything I guess haha. Be sure to read the “read me” file! I explain some stuff in there. And send me your covers if you use it! :D

Here's a fun history lesson of Renko since it's quite a bit entertaining:
Renko was first recorded sometime during August of 2016 simply with just the "chi" sample (https://soundcloud.com/kimchi-tan/utau-vb-test)
Some people pointed out that she sounded similar to Gahata Meiji so she became known as "LQ CV Meiji" especially because she was recorded with a laptop mic (https://soundcloud.com/kimchi-tan/lq-cv-meiji-20-utau-vb-test) This was also the time that I met minome and had a group of UTAU friends to call my own!
She went through a lot of revisions such as having a full CV voicebank (https://soundcloud.com/kimchi-tan/shes-coming-soon-utau-vb-preview-1) to a lite VCV (https://soundcloud.com/kimchi-tan/i-swear-im-not-trying-to-copy-meiji) to the "pants utau" https://soundcloud.com/kimchi-tan/pants  to having a proper VCV vb (https://soundcloud.com/kimchi-tan/i-rerecorded-her-with-full-vcv-this-time-utau-vb-test) to a whole bunch of other stuff which you can find in my old SoundCloud (https://soundcloud.com/kimchi-tan/sets/utau-vb-tests) until I finally got a real microphone last year which result to this new voicebank!

【UTAU RELEASE】DEMO REEL【蜜覇連呼 -Sarcastic- ／ Mitsuha Renko -Sarcastic-】

So I finally cracked and got the motivation to finally try SynthV. Though I have mixed feelings (mostly positive tho) about the way the engine makes the voices sound at times, the editor itself is everything Vocaloid wish it could be.

I've been pinning after Cangqiong every since I heard her voice, what a queen... And she was just perfect for this song that I've been wanting to cover for literally 8 years. I don't have a proper mixing program on this PC so please bear with me, but I still think it turned out alright. I think I can finally get back into the groove now with voice synths now and that kind of has me excited.
