POP22WATT is a bass X ghetto X tech house duo from Athens, GR consisting of Dimitris and John. Two guys that they are as f*cked up as their music they play. Hard basslines, a wtf house feeling, tech hands-up, old skool tricks and a dark ghetto soul. 

On 2015 they released their debut electro techno dysfunctional hybrid EP “PopGreyOpheliaJuice” and on 2019 their brand new hypnotic bass house single “Weekend Acid” on POSTBLOO Music. They also host their own djset video series performing in weird-as-f*ck spaces eg a drugstore(!).

When it comes to live appearances, POP22WATT is not another dj duet. They combine dj sets and live PA performance in one happy package. Live synths, 909 drum machines, real-time sampling and everything that may enter their sight will be used against you. Even a drumset! Having conquered every single electronic music dancefloor in Athens, few to mention, 6DOGS, BIOS, K44, SWING, SECOND SKIN, SKULL, GROW and many more. As an opening act for DROP THE LIME (USA), ORBITAL and European Music Festival, Rock-On-Loredan Festival (ITA). On 2012 they launched and curated the famous “DISCO? TANGO!” and “POPCORN” parties presenting the best domestic electronic music emerging artists.
