https://soundcloud.com/kornel was born in Stockholm and grew up listening to his Hungarian parents’ Kraftwerk tapes while taking drum, piano and singing classes, fell in love with jungle at the early age of 10 and started djing professionally three years later. Back in 2006 Kornél started throwing parties in his hometown, playing at clubs and festivals all around Sweden as well as in Tokyo, Mexico City, New York, London, Barcelona, Berlin and wherenot. He then began hosting the highly influential P3 Dans show on Swedish national radio, partook in the 2008 Red Bull Music Academy and played a smashing peak time set for a packed Sónar By Day stage in 2009 and continued his quest for world dominance with starting the record label/dj trio/love thang Studio Barnhus together with Axel Boman and Petter Nordkvist. 

Earlier this year he started the Puss label together with https://soundcloud.com/hnny and now we get his new vinyl only single "1985 Edits" which is basically three stupid fresh edits of tracks from the year he was born, to celebrate the release we here at Discobelle got an exclusive mix recorded live in the basement of the Marie Laveau club in Stockholm that takes on a booming ride through the Kornel soundscape of dirty techno, smooth house and raved up sounds.

Ancient Arts is a new edition, but was originally planned in the line-up, but didn't make the cut in 2003.

A designer, lover of music, and creative director, Joshua Lang brings a unique perspective to the scene. Currently residing in Philadelphia, he is the CEO / Designer of cut & sew lifestyle brand BWC Garments. Musically his taste spans across a mix of soulful house, disco & funk.
