Since two years, the young musicians are experimenting with the combination of groovy beats and impressive acoustic influences. They love to compose with other artists like saxophonists, drummers or singers. The digital EP also comes out with a nice remix by Lochmann Records Founder Michi Mueller.

Popgymnastik bietet ein gesundheitsförderliches Fitness-Training, welches bei den Teilnehmern für Freude, Spaß und Wohlbefinden sorgt. Bewegung und Musik werden hierbei zu einem ausdauerorientierten Ganzkörpertraining zusammengeführt.
Dabei besteht eine Popgymnastik-Übungsrunde aus verschiedenen Phasen.
1. Aufwärmung  - Körper und Geist werden auf die sich anschließenden intensiven Bewegungsabläufe eingestellt
2. Kernelement - Je nach Geübtheit der Teilnehmer werden intensive Koordinations- und Kräftigungsübungen durchgeführt
3. Cool down     - Die Teilnehmer treten in die Phase der Entspannung und des Wohlbefindens ein
Es gilt als gesichert, dass das regelmäßige Hören von Popgymnastik das psychische Wohlbefinden positiv beeinflusst, indem Leistungsfähigkeit und Selbstwertgefühl gesteigert und Stress verringert werden. Der körperliche Nutzen zeigt sich nicht nur in einer verbesserten körperlichen Leistungsfähigkeit, sondern auch in einem besseren Gesundheitszustand.
