Ideal Audio presents the fourth and final instalment of Oliver Huntemann and Dubfire's seminal ELEMENTS series. These techno heavyweights have worked together on numerous projects over the years, but it is their Elements collaborations that have shone impressively as a complete body of work. AGUA is the final piece of the music puzzle and completes the series that first saw the light of day back in 2010 with the scorching FUEGO.

2011 brought us TERRA, firm and powerful with its devastating breakdown. 2013 saw us breathe in the mystical AIRE, harnessing the elements of the previous tracks to build a fresh and magical moment. AGUA, as its name suggests, flows effortlessly, helped in no small part by the sultry vocal of Xenia Beliayeva, but kicks in equal measure.

Signing off in such style has also lead to Ideal Audio drafting in some heavy weight talent on the remixes. Carl Craig, under his C2 moniker, dives straight in to strip the original to its core. A single drum beat, siren, clap… and then the kick. Petar Dundov twists the original’s elements into a bubbling acidic stream that washes over us. An impressive package for an impressive finale!

Un voyage en 12 étapes, qui débute par le track Greater Than Kings. Saveur variés entre sonorités furieuses des machines et doux beats acoustiques, un mélange parfait quand la ravissante Rachel Claudio y ajoute sa touche de pop australienne. Sur ce même track, le jeune KrAzy Space fait également parti du casting.

Nicolas Cuer impose une manière différente d’appréhender la musique. À travers le clip du même nom, il nous partage sa vision de la société d’aujourd’hui, acide et révoltée.

Nicolas créé ce nouveau terme #NewCodes, image de l’évolution humaine depuis l’arrivé des réseaux sociaux.

« Le terme #NewCodes apparait au début des année 1990, en parallèle avec l’Internet Society. 
Il traduit la liberté des esprits, l’ouverture sur le monde et particulièrement sur les différents types de sexualités. 
Les premières communautés utilisent le tatouage « #NewCodes » comme signe d’appartenance à la communauté. Certaines légendes racontent que des individus ont vu s’inscrire ce signe sur leur avant bras droit, et ainsi changer de comportement ».

Parisian artist POPOF is one of the most widely recognized names within the world of Techno and House music. 

One of the most downloaded artists in his category, POPOF is in very high demand for his remixes and has worked for famous artists such as Depeche Mode, Chemical Brothers, Moby, BookaShade, Vitalic, Tiga, Maetrik, Martin Solveig and many more. 

POPOF has worked with some of the most respected labels within the scene, from early work on Turbo, Cr2 and Mistakes to the launch of his own label Form Music in 2009, Sven Väth's infamous Cocoon outlet, Kerri Chandler’s Kaoz Theory, Jamie Jones’ Hot Creations, Nicole Moudaber’s Mood, Adam Beyer’s Truesoul, and more.

In 2015 POPOF released his LP 'Love Somebody'. Its two first singles, “Words Gone” and “Going Back” were followed by a string of remixes by some of the industry’s biggest names: Jamie Jones, Luciano, Magda, Kerri Chandler, Eats Everything, Lee Foss, Marc Houle, Oxia & Miss Kittin... In June 2016 his third single from “Love Somebody”, “Lidl Girl”, featured remixes by the Carl Cox Collective, Kerri Chandler, Magda, Shaun Reeves & Tuccillo. 

In 2017 POPOF embarked on a sold-out tour in South America, followed by a widely acclaimed performance at Glastonbury festival and remixes for both Cuartero, on Lee Foss’ label Repopulate Mars, and UMEK. August 2017 also saw the successful release of an exclusive CD compilation by POPOF and Luca Donzelli for Amnesia Ibiza.

2018 was yet another solid year for POPOF, with performances at Ultra Music Festival (Rio de Janeiro, Miami, Beijing, Seoul …), and a string of releases on Nicole Moudaber’s Mood records (“Confusion” EP), Adam Beyer’s Truesoul imprint (“Enforced” EP), Pig & Dan’s Elevate label (“Mind Accees” EP), and on his own label Form Music (“Bowo” EP). 

In 2019 POPOF’s first release of the year was on Kaluki Musik with his “Chronic” EP. Another string of Resistance performances at Ultra Miami and Latin America followed. An EP on Jamie Jones’ Hottrax imprint was out in the summer, and a remix for cult act Hot Chip, “Hungry Child”, was released Domino Records.

The year 2020 will see many more releases by POPOF, including a free EP in collaboration with Animal & Me, “Eveil”, to be released in May to raise funds for Covid-19 relief. A remix for Abstraal & Teenage Mutants is also due to be released in May on Family Piknik; the mont after a remix for Julian Jeweil’s new EP due to be released on Form Music as well as a new EP planned for release on Solardo’s label Sola.
