As we enter the tenth release on Indira's Paganotto's burgeoning ARTCORE imprint, the label signals intent with an admirable offering from longstanding Techno authority Joseph Capriati joining Indira on a two-track collaboration.

Joseph & Indira's 'Mantra' is another testament to ARTCORE's ever-increasing weight in Techno and global electronic dance music and features a duo of racy cuts laden with signature sonics from both artists, kicking off with 'Ananda' and its potent classic Techno feel, with a prominent Capriati core of thumping kicks, crisp percussive drive and progressive energy shifts and playful twists, laced with Indira's hypnotic exotic vocal chops and gritty LFO shots. 

'Mantra' rounds off the release with an inverted sound transition, leaning heavier into the 'Psy' sound that has seen Indira's notoriety skyrocket. Flooded with undulating low-end movement, creative off-beat flare, shifting rhythmic patterns and uplifting musicality, its immersive blend of darker sounds and spiritually utopian nuances makes for an undeniably unique statement  track. 

Whilst famed for his endless spree of unforgettable mainstage performances and international club shows, including standout residencies in Ibiza, Joseph Capriati's studio productions have been carefully selected and rare in recent years. Adam Beyer & The Good Men - Give It Up

Released on 22nd August, TEUTON’s ‘Make It Blow’ EP delivers an ominous trio of Hard Techno and Psytrance-laced dancefloor weapons.

Following an impressive first offering on ARTCORE earlier in the year with ‘Lose Control’ as  part of the label’s ‘Miami 2024’ VA, the cryptic silhouette of TEUTON returns to Indira Paganotto’s exponentially rising imprint with a solo three-track monster titled ‘Make It Blow’. Backing up an impressive catalogue of self-releases sitting either side of his ARTCORE debut, it’s no wonder TEUTON is back on one of the industry’s fastest-growing platforms, bringing a worthy sacrifice to the altar across a trifecta of blistering main-room stompers. 

The title cut ‘Make It Blow’ comes in rough and ready with a rip-roaring barrage of psy-infused flavours driven by rave synth shots, pulsating bass notes and a catchy vocal hook, carving out an enthralling signal of intent for what’s to come across the rest of the EP. 

‘Bonkers’ is next to appear, delivering an onslaught of even more racy and euphoric elements. It combines pumping grooves and dreamy melodic pads, offering dynamic contrast to its gritty, rippling lead and bassline combo, all brought together by another fast-paced, hooking vocal component. 

‘Bass In Your Face’ brings the EP to an impressive close with a knockout finish. Weighty and assertive from the first drum kick, it fuses an array of sinister harmonic facets and another catchy vocal hook with an industrial-sized groove pool of thumping kicks, corroded hats and rolling low-end percussion to round off the release in a potent fashion.

Renowned techno DJ and producer Nicole Moudaber sets the stage ablaze with her latest dual release, ‘Reverie’ and ‘Forest Fire’. ‘Reverie’ plunges deep into the heart of techno, weaving together pulsating groove elements with alluring acid peaks. This track boosts big room sounds that create an expansive sonic landscape, perfect for festival stages and club nights alike. The powerful tempo and bass shaking rhythms in ‘Reverie’ enchant listeners, pulling them into a trance-like state that only Nicole Moudaber can masterfully produce. Following that comes ‘Forest Fire’, with its soothing vocals and psytrance elements. Kneaded Pains regular Holger Zilske, returns to the label with two fiery tracks on the “HEAT” single.

Holger's last appearance on the label was earlier this year, where he collaborated with Martin Landsky on their successful EP, "The Projectionist." He has also released music on esteemed labels such as Hypercolour, Mobilee Records, AEONIC, and Exploited.

The “HEAT” single features two raw, industrial techno tracks, each packed with punchy drums, rumbling basslines, swirling synths, and futuristic sound effects.

Reflections

P-Ben drops a three-track deep techno EP via Loose Records, which has tribal drums, dubby synths, and dance floor energy.

Hailing from the south of France, P-Ben is a techno stalwart whose been releasing underground music since the '90s. This is his second time featuring on Loose, and his immersive style can also be found on other record labels such as Florian Meind's FLASH, A.Paul's Naked Lunch, and Planet Rhythm.

Throughout his decades long career, P-Ben has also proven himself to be a skilled DJ, earning bookings across Europe and beyond. He influences include the likes of Kevin Saunderson and Jeff Mills who share his same timeless sound.

The EP's title track, "Body Drum" opens the release with flowing congas and snare rolls forming a framework for sweeping pads and jackin' vocal bursts.
