The half Icelandic, half British four piece, PORQUESÍ play intense, emotive rock music. Inspired not by the Icelandic landscape but by their own desire to play as hard and as honest as they can.

Born in summer 2009, PORQUESÍ began to find their feet by playing a number of shows in Reykjavík, slowly building up a set list that became their debut album, This Is Forever (2010). The band are currently working on their follow up EP.
