Takashi is an imaginary B side of an imaginary album.
Based on a vision I had last November: it was a telephone conversation about Takashi a no wave/dark pop cult singer, composer, multiinstrumentalist died in the early 80's in mysteriuos conditions..

Takashi

Originally made for a contemporary dance piece titled "Zoom". The piece is a continuous choreography with different counting systems between three dancers. 
Throughout the creation I used this very inspiring browser-based software: https://ctm.isartum.net, combined with Ableton and Reaktor.

He Ttu To

It's a demo for an upcoming solo album, based on solo sessions between 2011-2021. It will be a collection of overlapping ideas from my folk music background and all the music I'm interested in. 

This track is based on a lament as I heard from gypsy musicians from Magyarpalatka, Transylvania. This tune is originally used to accompany funeral customs. 

On the pic (L-R) me, my dad and my uncle playing music from the same region.

Originally composed for the piece: CRYPTICBODIES choreographed by Patrik Kelemen, premiered at Artus (Budapest, HU)in 2021.

Experiments with sampling myself playing viola and drums. Sampler gets midi notes from Apotome generative software which pays randomized sequences which based on my playing...

Preview of an upcoming duo release with Dóra Győrfi master of Javanese traditional singing and vocalic folklore. 

The recording took place during our first concert, at Lumen, Budapest, in November 2021. In this last section of the otherwise really varied concert program we sing an Indonesian and a Hungarian traditional song together.
