Port Lucian, fronted by Philadelphia-to-Cleveland multi-instrumentalist Portia Maidment, 19,  is making her return to music with her new single, “(Give It Up)”.  With a shift to synth-driven indie pop, Maidment is more fixated on her dreams and notions of love more than ever.  “(Give It Up)" shows that since her last release, Maidment has continued to embrace and explore the imperfections of lo-fi production.
