Representing fellow Berlin-based party starters Awkwardly Social, we’ve got DJ Carlita. Strap in and strap on for this homage to the perils of the cosmos. Twinkling synths and the floating of interstellar clouds soon give way to a more turbulent onslaught, with a meteoroidic downpour of percussive nosebleeds, disconcerting computer malfunctions and black hole bass lines.

Emma Isabella (FKA White Lie) has been diligently drawing for the heat around Europe's club circuit for more than a minute now, holding regular spots in venues both intimate and immeasurable, as well as curating Dear Dancers Disco Club, a series with a focus on booking female-identified international DJ’s at Sameheads Berlin.

This portrait is a palpable manifestation of a radical attitude to music. Despite its restless diversity, it never loses sight of its goal to move you.

It's powerful enough to make the moai monuments move  

High octane, sweat inducing electrical oscillations with enough nitros injections to a whip a whole lotta cream. innumerable transitions and knee-jerk diversions. its beautifully untameable. as terrifying as it is terrific. buyaka!
