It was great until you left us by the see. What was supposed to happen next ?

there's a background thumping sound which is off putting.

after couple of weeks trying to find a guided meditation I could like I finally found this one. N ive lost it over the last few years but i keep finding it again after searching hours. But we'll worth the hunt for if each time
