Billi DeStabl (SLOT - HH) is a pressure valve, a pressure release, sparkles formed from pressure. Billi DeStabl is me, and lived fantasy; an infinite of identities. My origins are as DeStabl too; mixed heritage and nomadic upbringing, and add a non-binary, gender DeStabl experience 2 top it off. LDN, TOR, LA, and now HAM have all been Places to Haunt: I come from migrants, and have been so myself, so we never attached Home 2 Place, but music and sound, dance and movement, fantasy and drama, adventure and trauma have connected it all. I will never settle and never B. Stabl. But Why be Stabl? When I am DeStabl and will B. D.Stabl! 

What and how I select is a DeStabl approach to music also; if the sonics make me feel, then i hope they make u feel 2. I don’t wanna be boxed into a style or genre, every boring binary part of our realities force that upon us, and I hope music sound sonics frequencies and vibrations can move beyond binary in resistance, euphoria, catharsis and community. Judith van Waterkant dachte aufgrund ihrer engen Beziehung zu Festivals, sie hätte bereits alles gesehen. Und dann sah sie das Burning Man. Und das nächste, was sie sah: gar nichts. Wegen des Sandsturms. In diesem Set könnt ihr hören, wie Judith Ostsee- und Leipzig-Vibes auf die Love Cow Bühne brachte – das Ganze in einer Wüsten-Downbeat-Komfortzone im Jahr 2018. Es war ein äußerst staubiger Trip mit viel Sand in jedem Beat und jedem Ächzen, das von dem Massagespot neben der DJ-Booth herüberklang.

Judith van Waterkant was in a very close relationship with festivals and thought she had seen it all. And then she saw Burning Man. And the next thing she saw: Nothing. Because of a sandstorm. You can listen here how she brought some Baltic Sea Area- and Leipzig vibes to the Love Cow Stage in a desert-downbeat-comfortzone in 2018. This trip was a very dusty one with a lot of sand in every beat and every moaning from the massagespot next to the Dj-Booth.
