From a Buryat shaman testimony, which was taken in Siberia in 1934.
A perfect example of therianthropy, what is striking here is the shaman's inability to describe the animal he has transformed into. Could this be a vision of an alien world? 
“I saw nothing, but I could feel... I was an unknown animal here, hiding in the dark because of the heat... Only the sounds from outside and the smells of the overheated earth reached me… Crickets chirping, birds and the growls of animals I didn't recognize... There was also something like a storm brewing...”
