Sara and I worked on this song closely from the very moment it was created! We started it two years ago, back when I still lived in college dorms. Now, our lives have changed and so has this song! With some energetic saxophone from Matthew Anderson, Crowded is a delight!

I just wanna feel like I used to, carefree and alive. I wanna see the world as I used to, when I felt sound of mind. Now it’s all dark, it doesn’t feel right, simple becomes hard and there is no light.
What do you think changed? Was it all inside? Or something else that I did? Or just another stupid part of life? What does it matter now, it is what it is. I just wish That I didn’t always feel like this. Cause even when I seem happy, I am pissed. I just hope I’m able to survive, whatever’s after this abyss.
Do you think that I can change after what I’ve been through? Is it enough to wanna be someone else? Or must I lose myself to be renewed.
Cause I don’t think that I can do it if it means I might lose you. Even though I hate what I’ve become, I’m not sure parting ways is what I should do. Cause don’t think that I can, if it means that I might, lose you.

And now they’re doing it over again. A new day, a new game and it’s all restarted. Are you content always being kept in the dark? Letting them control your future, the weather, and your heart.
Maybe we’re closer, finding out this worlds order, cause I can’t seem to reach that state of mind, double thinking like we’re hypnotized.
Well what can I even do? Except be pissed off at the world just like you? Cause, no ones listening, and no ones talking. We’re all just, dying. Should I stop, trying? 
And I’ve never felt so small like when I’m up against these odds. There’s another fire starting, oh God. The earth is rumbling at its core, just like me, can’t take much more. Guess I really am heading out to space. Well, I hope the future knows it wasn’t just my mistakes. When we're gone without a trace.
Nothing here's as it seems lately, they just want us going crazy. But I have seen past it, they want us gone that’s it. Can't you feel it in the air now? Thinking it’s not the end, how? Can we ever make it okay? What will our future say? You know it's true you've seen it too. Open your eyes, you're hypnotized, this isn't right. Out of sight out of mind, out of sight, out of mind.
