Fenella Fielding presents Pre-Punk Britain (60s British bands)

After 5 years of The Rathaus at Rockshots on a Tuesday night we were still doing very well for crowds, but still we got ousted by another DJ set up. This is a tape I made via the mixing desk of what was playing from about 10pm to 11:30pm on that last night.

My first set was 10 till 11:15pm then Stuart took over. What I loved about the early part of doing this session is there was no expectation to get people on the dance floor so I could play whatever I liked. As it got closer to 11pm I'd try to be a bit more dance friendly. I came back on at 12:45pm for a short set that was aimed at keeping shuffling hips on the dance floor.
