His focus on the decks is so deep and illuminated that he makes bridging many disparate genres and styles seem effortless. He easily places disco, early Detroit techno, acid, electro, house, techno and even further into a deeply hypnotic and compelling whole, taking your mind and body on a journey beyond the stars. This summer, Laurent Garnier announced the launch of his latest landmark album. The newest LP showed why he is such a vital force with a series of cuts, distilling his 30+ year career experiences into cutting-edge electronic music full of tension and release.  Now he continues to prove he operates at the vanguard with this
exemplary assembly of remixers.

UK techno mainstay Works Of Intent, fka R.O.S.H., opens up with his Farewell remix of 'Reviens La Nuit', a dark, pulsing techno sound with widescreen cosmic chords and unsettling modulations. Romantic techno
master Voltaire then flips 'Tales From The Real World' into a scintillant melodic excursion with arps cascading down the face of the track and fizzing synths lighting up the electro beats.
Next is 22Carbone, who are featured on the original album but here remix 'In Your Phase' into a grimy, broken beat with tough bars and twisted metal textures next to the menacing mic work. Rocco Rodamaal has 30 years of experience and is one of few veterans that remains genuinely relevant today. He offers two versions of 'Liebe Grüße aus Cucuron' - a smooth and deep elongated techno trip and a fizzing Keys Mix doused in melodic charm.
New York's new wave techno star Anthony Cardinale aka Avision, lights up his remix of 'Le Swing Du Pouletto' with radiant and optimistic synths and a dark, brooding low end.   Later he brings plenty of marching
menace and pent-up synth tension to his rework of 'Liebe Grüße aus Cucuron'.   Reshit's take on 'On the Record' offers a dreamy ambient soundscape with downtempo breaks and expansive prog-rock style synths.
The Limiñanas are Lionel and Marie Limiñana - a pair based in the deep south of France who record garage, psych and pop music and have previously paired up with Garnier on the successful album ”De Pelicula”.
They offer a long and short remix of 'Saturn Drive', which in their hands is a dirty post-punk gem with raw drums and sleazy guitars creating walls of reverberating sound.

This sophisticated selection of techno remixes brings all-new emotions and moments of dance floor brilliance
to Laurent Garnier's superb originals.

In der heutigen Episode 271 begrüßen wir einen echten Berliner Jung: Sebastian Keks.
Sebastian Keks – Techno aus Leidenschaft, Vinyl im Blut

Sebastian entdeckte seine Liebe zur elektronischen Musik Mitte der 90er – 1995 war er zum ersten Mal auf einer Bunker-Party unterwegs. Drei Jahre später stand er selbst hinter den Decks, ganz klassisch mit Vinyl, unter dem Namen Sebastian Keks. Bis heute bleibt er seinem Medium treu: 100% Vinyl, 100% Leidenschaft.

Sein Sound? Schwer in eine Schublade zu stecken. Irgendwo zwischen 125 und 150 BPM bewegt sich Sebastian sicher durch verschiedene Subgenres – immer mit einem klaren Bezug zum Techno der 90er. Als Sebastian Keks gibt’s Techno in all seinen Facetten: von Melodic bis Oldschool bis hin zu echtem Hardtechno. Unter seinem zweiten Alias VINYLISMM wird es etwas verspielter – da trifft man auf Electronic, Minimal und Tech House.

Im Oktober 2000 gründete er gemeinsam mit seinem Zwillingsbruder die Crew Umweltpumpe1, aus der 2002 das Techno-Label Up1 Records hervorging. Unter diesem Namen startete 2005 auch die legendäre Partyreihe Gepflegtes Klopfen im Triebwerk Dresden, mit weiteren Stopps in Deutschland und Polen.

Als Resident war Sebastian von 2004 bis zum Closing 2013 fester Bestandteil des Triebwerk Dresden. Danach folgten eigene Eventreihen wie Nachteulen und Berlin Techno (seit 2014).

2024 wurde es dann wieder richtig aktiv: Mitglied bei SUT – Secret Underground Techno, Wiederbelebung der Gepflegtes Klopfen-Reihe als Podcast-Serie, und ab Juni 2025 sogar mit eigener Radiosendung: Kekscore Moments – jeden ersten Samstag im Monat auf Evosonic Radio.

Sebastian discovered his love for electronic music in the mid-90s – attending his first underground bunker party in 1995. Just three years later, he found himself behind the decks, spinning vinyl under the name Sebastian Keks. To this day, he remains loyal to his roots: 100% vinyl, 100% passion.

His sound? Hard to put in a box. Ranging between 125 and 150 BPM, Sebastian moves confidently across various subgenres – always with a strong influence from 90s techno. As Sebastian Keks, he delivers all shades of techno: from melodic to old-school to banging hard techno. Under his second alias VINYLISMM, things get a bit more playful – with deep dives into electronic, minimal, and tech house.

In October 2000, he founded the crew Umweltpumpe1 together with his twin brother. Just two years later, it evolved into the techno label Up1 Records. In 2005, they launched the now-legendary party series Gepflegtes Klopfen at Triebwerk Dresden, with further events across Germany and Poland.

From 2004 until its closing in 2013, Sebastian was a resident DJ at Triebwerk Dresden – a defining era in his journey. Afterward, he launched his own event series, including Nachteulen and Berlin Techno (since 2014).

2024 marked a fresh wave of activity: joining SUT – Secret Underground Techno, reviving the Gepflegtes Klopfen brand as a podcast series, and announcing his own radio show. Starting June 2025, Sebastian hosts Kekscore Moments – airing every first Saturday of the month on Evosonic Radio.

Techno für September 2025.....vorwärts und schub!!!

Halli Hallo ihr lieben Peoples,
ich bin Tommes  alias Mr.Pot&Acid!!
...1993 mit zarten 13 Jahren durch Westbam - Celebration Generation mit 'Techno' infiziert und ab diesem Zeitpunkt alles eingesaugt was Elektronische Musik war!! Vom 13-15 Lebensjahr fast nur Rave, Hardcore, Gabba gehört und mit 16 Jahren die Liebe zu Detroit Techno und House entdeckt und ab dem Zeitpunkt jedes Wochenende in Clubs und Diskotheken gewesen wo dieser Sound lief. Mit 18 Jahren hab ich mir dann mal ne Tanztablette ins Wurstbrot gemischt und hab die Power und Energie dieser Musik vollkommen in mir gespürt und die Gefühle die es in mir auslöste waren unbeschreiblich wunderschön...a neverending Lovestory !! 
Hobbymäßig 1999 angefangen zu mixen, vom ersten Gesellenlohn direktangetriebene Turntables und Mischpult gekauft,Geld reichte allerdings nur für Reloop Nachbauten, lol ...von 1999 - 2010 mit Turntables und Vinyl gemixt und dann 2010 umgestiegen auf digitales mixen mit der Traktor S2 Konsole und MacBook!! In meinem Hirn sind extrem viele Track ID's gespeichert die zwischen 1989 bis 2015 veröffentlicht wurden, im Plattenregal stehen noch zirka 700-800 Schallplatten mit Burnertracks, Floorfillern, alltime Classics oder Gänsehaut Tracks die jeder kennt, die man immer und jederzeit spielen kann und ich zu jeder Platte ne Geschichte erzählen kann....und im digitalen Musikarchiv sind auch nochmal unzählige Tracks sämtlicher Genres und Musikstile, man bräuchte wahrscheinlich mehr als ein Menschenleben um all diese Tracks einmal durchzuhören!! ...Techno, House, TechHouse, Acid und Elektro sind die Genres die ich bevorzugt beim mixen, zwischen 115 BPM - 138 
BPM !! ...ab und zu mixe ich auch mal Musik zwischen 70 BPM - 160 BPM, Schneckno, HipHop, Rave, Chartmusik oder auf was ich gerade Lust und Laune habe aber das sind dann mehr so Testausflüge oder Experimente!!
Leider habe ich ein derbes Problem mit meinem Gehör, ich höre nur noch 50% (Schalltrauma rechtes und linkes Ohr gehabt vor Jahren und dabei die Flimmerhärchen im Ohr zerstört die fürs hören von hohen Tönen zuständig sind), ich trage beidseitig Hörgeräte und habe beidseitig Tinnitus (höre den ganzen Tag 1000 Grillen zirpen oder einen Wasserhahn der voll aufgedreht ist,Fuck it)..deswegen sind manche Übergänge eventuell nicht 100% richtig gut und man hört hin und wieder paar Kleine Fehler beim mixing aber who cares, Hauptsache die Mucke ist geil und man hat Freude und manchmal auch Gänsehaut beim hören!!!
Das is son Herzding bei mir...Music was my first Love ( im Bauch der Mutter,9 Monate in Dauerschleife ihren Herzschlag wo manchmal Geräusche ,Stimmen und Töne von außerhalb des Mutterleibs rein gemixt wurden) und bei meiner Beerdigung wird auch (Electronische) Musik laufen ( Track/Playlist ist in Arbeit)!! Ohne Musik könnte ich nicht gedeihen....Von Musik bekomme ich guuude Laune!!!...Ich liebe sie so sehr, sie macht mich glücklich,....und den einen oder anderen von euch vielleicht ja auch✨🙏🏼namaste‘☺️
