When UK producer Tesfa Williams and South African singer-songwriter Sio were first introduced, the symbiotic nature of their relationship was evident from the start. Born out of meaningful conversations across just four days in the studio in London, they laid the foundations to create records rich in personal connection and creative trust. Following the release of ‘Peace’ on The Remedy Project, they now reveal the first single ‘Fortnite’ from their forthcoming album project on STY TRU BTS. Explaining the thoughts behind her trademark poeticism on ‘Fortnite’ Sio explains, “I took back my power from my elders and society by defining my own path and identity as a woman of colour in the world so the “game” would favour me.” Paired with Tesfa’s thoughtful production, ‘Fortnite’ makes for a spellbinding preview of what is to come from these two influential artists.

Sio isn't just returning; she's levelling up. SIGMA is the sound of emotional clarity sharpened into form. South African storyteller and singer Sio teams up with London's Tesfa Williams (FKA T. Williams) for an 11-track deep dive into self-reflection, resolution, and raw truth.

Crafted over four days at Strong Room Studios based in Shoreditch, London, the album moves from tracks "Fortnite" to "Continents" to "Outside" with purpose. Sio explores autonomy, healing, and self-definition, while Williams beats flow, laying the sonic framework. Sió holds the pen and the mic, with each word landing intently.

SIGMA is raw, personal and intentional.
