Time for something sexxxxy and spacyyyy from the secret underground house area. Gnork and Luv*Jam have been working together for more than 5-6 years now, doing lots of gigs, remixes, collaborative EPs, appearing on various compilations. They have always worked a little bit more than what they let us think, accumulating tons of unreleased gems. The time has come to reveal some hidden goodies and we're proud to be premiering one of these secret blorpers from their new EP 'Bonus Blorps', out on Crow Castle Cuts.

The original Blorp93 yellow vinyl surfaced in 2013 and was championed by the likes of RVDS, Bradley Zero, DVS1 and Wolf Music. Since this time, there have been a few secret cuts floating around here and there, some of which lots of people were 'demanding' to be pressed. Your prayers have been listened, those very secret Blorpers are here on one precise 12", and for starters you can listen to 'Sexxxx in Space' from Gnork's infamous Lost In Budapest Mixtape. Luv*Jam completes the secret space circle with some special dream nips. Aus Music label head and DJ-Kicks curator Will Saul launches a new mix compilation series called 'Inside Out' with a distinct concept, each installment will feature 100% new and unreleased music.

Here Mixmag premieres a fresh cut from Youandewan titled 'Insel 2000', a dreamy and melodic break beat tune that showcases a unique side to his musical persona.

Will Saul touched on how the vision behind the new series is to deliver somewhat of an exciting surprise with each release: "I wanted to try and recreate the feeling I used to get in the 90s when you went clubbing and heard your favourite DJ play, but had never heard the vast majority of the tracks he or she was playing. Your mind would be constantly blown by hearing totally new music for the first time. We've pretty much lost this with the proliferation of online mixes, Shazam, early EP premieres and free streams.”

For Will’s inaugural 'Inside Out' mix he tapped a collection of artists he’s worked closely with over the years, including Lone, Pearson Sound, Move D, Gerd, Youandewan, Martyn, Falty DL, Dauwd, Appleblim and Marquis Hawkes.

'Inside Out' is set for release March 30 with nine tracks also being released on 2x12" vinyl.

Grant returns to the fray, armed with a four tracker, typically clean and vibsey enough to slip on your turquoise Crocs and start meandering around your kitchen/diner. This time, he's on yet another @Lobster-Theremin sub-print, @SITUrecords with their second release, 'The Long Game EP'.

'Second Life' is definitely the most introvert cut on the record, carrying dulcet tones, zenned out pads and emotionally charged vocal sweeps. The title perhaps a nod to the Saturday morning De Ja Vu through blurry eyes in which the introspective textures provide a perfect accompanying soundtrack to. Swear I've been here before.

Look Like makes his debut on Clone Royal Oak with a great four track ep! A fresh take on classic house music. Italo house, Balearic beat, Chicago's stomp and Detroit's funk all stirred up into a nice loose hybrid that seems to become Look Likes signature sound. Lovely stuff!! Following on from the huge success of ‘Where Do We Go From Here’, No Moon brings us his 653 Miles EP packed with four stellar original cuts. The original leads the way with enchanting synth pads that swell around sparkling melodies that dance around a relaxing breaks groove.

‘Wouldn’t Have It Any Other Way’ follows similar suit with gentle rolling drums alongside balearic chords and subtle yet punchy bass line. ‘Dayz’ ups the energy with acidic melodies and chiming ride hits that work effortlessly around a more house orientated percussive performance. 

‘Highland Spring’ brings to a close this fine collection in a more minimalistic fashion dominated by reverb soaked textures and muffled breaks.
