'Overcast Skies' is an original solo piano piece. Melancholy and hopeful, an overcast sky will either be followed by rain or sunshine breaking through the clouds. This was the imagery in mind when composing this piece, and compositionally I wanted to incorporate hard melodic shift to drive home the idea of rain or sunshine coming forth.

This album is the original soundtrack for Dream Home Designer (VR) which will be available on Steam soon! The tracks utilize acoustic and electronic elements to create a serene and fun atmosphere as the player builds his or her dream home. 

Inspiration for much of the music was Animal Crossing, however, I aimed to use less 'goofy' or 'quirky' instruments, and more natural acoustic instruments. These include: felt piano, acoustic guitar, bass guitar, saxophone, pizzicato cello and double bass, old school electric piano sounds, traditional drums, and latin jazz rhythms.
