CMD aka Corina MacDonald is a Montreal-based DJ, producer and host of the program Modular Systems on CKUT 90.3 FM. She has released on JACKTONE, EXPERIMENTAL HOUSEWIFE’S PERFECT LOCATION RECORDS, FUR TRADE RECORDINGS, and BASIC_SOUNDS. For her vinyl debut, “Social Factory Reset”, she brings us four entrancing, slightly dubby and acidic techno dance floor cuts perfect for the smooth edges of the late night.The A-side opens up with the title track “Social Factory Reset”, modular jacking techno with an infectious acid swell and patient pads. “Shaping Inner Space” is an apt title. The tempo is slightly faster than A1, and it sounds like an extraterrestrial night out. Euphoric synth twists bring in the break while the bass drum toys with the rhythm only to zap it back home with the force of cosmic gravity.“Dream-Life Cycles” opens up the B-side tough, with an acid line and bass drum syncopation sure to bring out the stomp. Dance Across Borders is a platform bringing together music artists against borders and state brutality, originally based in Montreal (Tiotia:ke in the language of Kanien’kehá:ka people ; ) and now beyond. This project is to remind that this music, embodied in spaces, is above all political - and made to unite across all types of physical or abstract borders.

As a label based in North America, we have witnessed the continued complicity of our governments in the genocide against innocent Palestinian lives. We believe this compilation is a collection of music that was produced and chosen with heart, contemplation, and shared frustration.

The organization we have chosen to donate proceeds of the compilation is The Palestine Children's Relief Fund. They offer free medical care to injured and ill children in Palestine, including Gaza, who lack local access to care within the existing healthcare system. The Palestine Children's Relief Fund holds a 4-star rating from Charity Navigator and a Silver Seal of Transparency from GuideStar.

This month, we have a small gift for you to celebrate the summer solstice: a bright and colorful journey through sound, curated by our beloved A. Brehme.
After connecting and spending some inspiring time together, we decided to share this special mix for the occasion.
And as it happens, today we’re back together once again celebrating this meaningful day under the longest light of the year, surrounded by good energy and deep frequencies.

Brussels-based DJ and producer a. brehme weaves hypnotic techno and house music with seductive grooves and an intrinsic focus on the dancefloor. Encompassing nearly twenty years of experience, he aims to take you on a journey through the psychedelic spectrum of electronic club music. as a regular guest at Belgium’s finest nightclubs, he’s also established a solid reputation as a versatile DJ during performances across Asia, Europe and the US.

Amsterdam’s Ratherlost crew has spent the past few years perfecting the art of the marathon rave. Their home base is Lofi, a cavernous warehouse where sound, light, and visuals fuse into long-haul journeys that stretch well past the 18-hour mark. But epic runtimes mean nothing without the right hands at the controls, and Ratherlost has proven it knows how to curate, pace, and execute like pros.

Lofi’s two-floor setup allows for shifting moods: daylight hours wander through deep, dubby techno, slowly morphing into faster, syncopated rhythms as night tightens its grip. Pacing is everything in a space like this. And when it comes to the craft of pacing, few do it better than Bas Dobbelaer.

Bas is one of our favorite DJs for a reason. He understands that a warm-up set is an architecture rather than just background noise. It shapes the room, sets the tone, and welcomes dancers into the story. The mix we’re thrilled to share today was recorded live at Ratherlost’s Easter Sunday session at Lofi, where Bas shared the bill with artists like Aaron J, Na Nich & Vera Logdanidi, Aurora Halal, DVS1, upsammy, Occa, Agonis, Dasha Rush, Seb H, and Oscar Mulero. Quite the roster.

In the face of that stacked lineup, Bas delivered a masterclass in restraint and elegance. His three-hour set unfolds like a novel, tracing dub techno’s DNA across the past two decades. The vibe is timeless, spacious, and beautifully measured, a perfect example of how to warm up a warehouse without blowing the doors off too soon.
This is precisely the kind of DJing we live for: subtle yet commanding, hypnotic yet full of life. Clear your next 180 minutes. Plug in. And get a little Ratherlost yourself.

The Bunker Podcast 235 comes from @erikluebs. This is a live set recorded in Milan on March 28 at the party Acquario.

Erik Luebs is a US-born musician and sound designer based in Japan. Eschewing typical genre tropes, Luebs approaches techno with a playfully disruptive technique, reinterpreting the fundamentals using built-from-scratch patches and labyrinthine sequencing. While the labor-intensive process is inspired by a wide range of luminaries such as Mark Fell and Rrose, the resulting music is firmly tied to the dance floor.

Luebs released an EP on The Bunker back in 2021, and has since released on DJ Nobu’s Bitta label (@djnobu_bitta), and @nousklaeraudio. He also has an upcoming release on the legendary @kompakt imprint.

Erik will be playing an ambisonic surround sound set for a horizontal audience at Going In at Reforestor’s Laboratory in Brooklyn this Friday, and an extended sunrise dancefloor set at The Bunker’s takeover of @nowadaysnyc Nonstop on Sunday morning.

For this month's mix, we welcome Maïore, a French and Berlin-based artist, vinyl selector, and curator of @preceptco. Maïore's sound is rooted in the deep, minimal, and dubby realms of electronic music, today he takes us on a journey through gentle melodies and subtle grooves, drifting between ambient and downtempo.
