Pure Psycho Tokyo Girl is a band hailing from Kobe (Japan), formed in early 2015 after the dissolution of the band AstroAttack.

The band was founded by Takuro Sugata (Fumas, The Drives, AstroAttack), Mai (AstroAttack) and Manuel Trillo (Bruyah, Desisto, Viloscohaagen), also featuring supporting member and longtime friend Masayuki Harada on bass. Its members have toured widely in Japan and in countries like Taiwan, United States and Spain.

Pure Psycho Tokyo Girl (or PPTG) delivers a mixture of Stoner and Alternative rock songs mixed with a strong Shoegaze flavor, crowned with the magical harmony of Takuro's and Mai's vocals.

Soon after hitting the practice room for some jamming, the band came up with the first tracks and entered the recording studio right away to record a debut album.

At the same time, the first shows are starting to line-up in Osaka (their HQ), Tokyo and Kobe as an official release of the full album is scheduled currently for late summer.
