Took a shot at remixing @gini16303 track, and I didn’t expect it to turn out this well.

Story behind this remix:
I was working on a future bass track of mine in B minor at 135 BPM. I had been looking for a vocalist to collaborate with, but after a while of not finding the right fit, I put the project on hold.

Recently, I discovered an artist named @gini16303, and I instantly fell in love with her harmonies and vocal range. That’s when the idea hit me—what if I remixed her track Sukoon? Even though her song was in C minor at 122 BPM, the key wasn’t too far off from my project.

So, I transposed my track up a semi-tone and adjusted Gini’s vocals to match the BPM.

The result? Stream it 😉🎶

Quest is an out and out Prog-rock song with our Indian as well as Western Influences. It's a dark, heavy and intricate song incorporating carnatic music inspired guitar riffs, a hindustani sitar solo (Dhruv Bedi - Parikrama), and of course the boss - Marty Friedman (ex Megadeth) making a guest appearance with a mind blowing guitar solo section. Conceptually, the song touches on the topic of breaking the illusions of "me and mine" that most of us live with and get attached to.

The song has introspective lyrics, questioning the true cause of our existence as humans, and how our ego, lust for money, power and greed make us feel separate from the world outside, while the world we see is not reality but a projection onto our consciousness.
