Prana é a força vital, a energia vital. Apana é a força eliminadora ou a remoção de força ou energia. Sushumna é o canal através do qual essas energias se movem em torno do nosso corpo. Hari e Har são os nomes da fonte divina de energia infinita, fonte de cura, alguns também dizem que a palavra Hari vem de Hara, que significa removedor, removedor de dor e negatividade. Este mantra é uma ferramenta de cura muito poderosa. Tanto para a cura física quanto emocional. Ao usar este mantra para curar, concentre-se em sua respiração e, ao inspirar, visualize que uma força vital, energia vital ou prana, que é energia em seu sistema.
