🙚 Children of the Moon was to be performed live by myself and my friend Jenna Livingston at the Henry County Performing Arts Center on March 16, 2020. However, due to COVID-19 conflictions, it was canceled. I figured I'd upload it here anyway.

🙚 As of now, I'm very inexperienced with the program Cubase, which was used to create the audio for Children of the Moon. As I improve, you can expect better-quality works to be uploaded.

🙚 This piece is titled Children of the Moon because of its unique blend of the playfulness of the children and the stars, and the subtle mystery of the night. I'm proud of this work, and I can't wait to hopefully perform it one day.

Hello, 2021!

A new year is a time for new beginnings. It's a chance for all of us to decide our goals for the coming year and to break the bad habits of our past. It's a time to leave behind our troubles in pursuit of a brighter tomorrow.

This year is no exception.

2020 was possibly one of the worst years of many of our lives, and hopes for a better 2021  have been pretty dim. I think being caught in a storm makes it too easy to forget that they don't last forever.

Don't get me wrong; 2021 is going to present all new challenges for us to face, and it *will* be difficult at times. But we're not as powerless as we think. We can *choose* how these struggles affect us. And if I've seen anything good come from 2020, it's all of the strength in YOU. We never cease to discredit ourselves and the beauty of what we are capable of,  but think on this:

We made it.

We're here, in 2021, a new year, when we never thought we would see an end to the disastrousness of 2020. So don't fret; Whatever comes now... we're ready.

Make this year the best it can be, no matter what new struggles come our way. That's our superpower.
