Head Rush is written about my struggles with anxiety, depression and OCD. The lyrics are vulnerable, which is what makes the song so relatable. I don't hold anything back. It's time to de-stigmatize conversations revolving around mental health, and that's my goal with this track. I took a fun, laid-back approach to a heavy subject - and that dissonance created an unbelievably catchy hook.

On an amapiano beat that is sure to raise the senses and take your mind off what to expect next. 
Tender body serves up some dope messages in lines  like “Fine Boys No Dey Stress” - which ultimately is understood that to be regarded as a fine boy you must have the bags. And as such, when you have the bags, you never have to stress. 
Also goes on to mention that “Big Head no be sense” noting to never assume anything or judge a book by its covers. 
Expressing a noble desire to get Jiggy with it all day and night long.
