6. Rap’s Savior.
Preacherskid believes Rap’s Savior is the most lyrical song of the album. In the first two lines he starts out by directly quoting his favorite rapper Jermaine Cole just as Jermaine did to his favorite rappers in his early career. 

“I see Heaven in every step that I get closer to death.” Preacherskid believes that your natural body starts dying the day you start living. If you are a believer in Christ, then though your natural body is dying, you are getting closer to eternal life in Heaven. 

“Y’all questioning miracles like, “What he made it possible?” He believes that there is a fine line between praising God and insulting His capabilities. He believes that some people are not amazed that God works miracles but rather surprised that He could do it. Preacherskid praises God for all miraculous wonders but also has strong faith that nothing is too hard for God. He follows with lines that say God created everything in the universe.

“I seen the future rap savior but it ain’t you. He’s 6’3, too clean, with a college degree. I’m out here trying to dodge my purpose but it’s following me.” These lines are insinuating that he is referring to himself as the one person that can help change rap through Christ. He believes that his purpose may be to break through the music industry but doesn’t want to get tied up in the lifestyle of signing a deal and losing the genuineness through saturation from the record label that signs him.

“I’m underrated like a 6th round pick. Tom Brady I’m as real as it get.” Comparison to Tom Brady who was drafted in the 6th round and now known as one of the greatest in the game.

“I keep my left eye open. So I can see you creepin’. Give haters T.L.C. and that’s a B.E.T.” This is a play on words as a reference to the late Left Eye from TLC.

“College boy killin’ rappers. Yeah, 1st degree.” This is a play on words as 1st degree may refer to his 1st college degree from NC State University or a metaphor that he is killing the rappers like 1st degree murder. 

“I’m fresh to deaf. Yeah they ain’t heard of me. I’m who they dreamed about. Who they deserve to see.” Play of words insinuating no one has seen or heard anything like his style.

“Lookin’ for a hook. Nah I ain’t got it. But I throw them punch lines like my name’s Muhammed.” Referring to Muhammed Ali.

“I’m grinding from March back to February.” March to February = 1 year.

“I’m always grinding. Times 2. Times 3. Times 4. That’s 24 reasons.” 2 x 3 x 4 = 24

“It’s really five seasons.” Christian reference to Due Season being the 5th season.

“Trying to check your pulse and I see that you not breathing.” Another reference to killing the rap game.
