Precision Cuts and Sick Rick - Dangereux

A collaboration between Tam Precision Cuts Cooper and Running Water AKA Lannie Glenmore Fagan lead singer of 70s lovers rock / UK reggae luminaries "Matumbi" 

 Sadly Running Water went to the great gig in the sky in 2008 but not before he had the chance to record his last works with Tam at Big Box studios in Elephant and castle, London, including this one in 2003, inspired by a recording of Reverend Franklin, father of Aretha and also the apocalyptic nature of the times and events within Tam's own life.

 In his last years Run refound his relationship with god  in no uncertain terms and so the biblical nature of this tune inspired him to write the verses you hear in this song some of which i believe are pretty much straight out of the bible that Run used to carry. the chorus is mostly Franklin as reinterpreted by Running Water, I for one one miss you Run x


2003 - Precision Cuts + Running Water - "Spiritual Wickedness"

Released on Octagon Records, a sub label of Renegade Hardware in 2001. It was released under the name "Funkaholics" but was in fact a collaboration between Precision Cuts and MC Thrillah Man

2005 Precision Cuts - "Takin over"

Never released, distributed via sweaty CDRs at dicey breaks nights way back in the day. This tune was mixed in the studio of Christian J which for a few years Tam Precision Cuts Cooper shared. Another tune inspired by real life

2007 Precision Cuts - "The Hook"

A collaboration between Tam Precision Cuts Cooper and Lewis copeland. Originally released on Matthew Bushwackas "Oblong" label in 2003. Lewis was label manger for Plank and Oblong records and this was recorded in Bushwackas studio where Tam worked as intern / gopher / engineer. Lewis always maintained that this was a house track, cause "House is a feeling" Tam on the other hand felt it was breaks but was only too happy to go with the feeling....
