I have explained this very high-class philosophy, but only rare devotees in this world can understand it. I have called you here only to give you this."

Translation:

(1) 0 Kesava! O Lord of the universe! O Lord Hari, who have assumed the form of a fish! All glories to You!
You easily acted as a boat in the form of a giant fish just to give protection to the Vedas, which had become immersed in the turbulent sea of devastation.

(2) 0 Kesava! O Lord of the universe! O Lord Hari, who have assumed the form of a tortoise! All glories to You!
In this incarnation as a divine tortoise the great Mandara Mountain rests upon Your gigantic back as a pivot for churning the ocean of milk. From holding up the huge mountain a large scarlike depression is put in Your back, which has become most glorious.

(3) 0 Kesava! O Lord of the universe! O Lord Hari, who have assumed the form of a boar! All glories to You!
The earth, which had become immersed in the Garbhodaka Ocean at the bottom of the universe, sits fixed upon the tip of Your tusk like a spot upon the moon.

(4) 0 Kesava! O Lord of the universe! O Lord Hari, who have assumed the form of half-man, half-lion! All glories to You! Just as one can easily crush a wasp between one’s fingernails, so in the same way the body of the wasplike demon Hiranyakasipu has been ripped apart by the wonderful pointed nails on Your beautiful lotus hands.

Srila Prabhupada says:

Rama and Krishna are names of God, and Hare is the energy of God. So when we chant the maha-mantra, we address God together with His energy. This energy is of two kinds, the spiritual and the material. At present we are in the clutches of the material energy. Therefore we pray to Krishna that He may kindly deliver us from the service of the material energy and accept us into the service of the spiritual energy. That is our whole philosophy. Hare Krishna means, "O energy of God, O God [Krishna], please engage me in Your service." It is our nature to render service. Somehow or other we have come to the service of material things, but when this service is transformed into the service of the spiritual energy, then our life is perfect.

TRANSLATION

1) Gurudeva, bestow your mercy on me and accept me as your own. I have taken shelter of you. Please give me a place at your lotus feet.

2) Please shower your mercy on me because you are renowned as a storehouse of mercy. O my Lord, only then will my sleeping fortune wake up. My boat is caught in a whirlpool. Please take me across this turbulent ocean.

3) You are the ocean of happiness and shelter for bhakti. You are dearer to me than my life and are always on my mind. I chant your name every day. Please ignore my faults.

4) I am a servant of the Vaisnavas and of the lotus feet of my Guru. Please do not forget me because I am all alone, O Lord. I am a beggar at your door. Please do not ignore me at heart.

About Srimad Bhakti Vedanta Muni Maharaj
Srimad Bhakti Vedanta Muni Maharaj was born in 1973 in a Gaudiya Vaisnava family in Orissa, India. His parents were high-class Vaisnavas whose mercy from childhood gave him a deep impression in Krsna consciousness. Their house was none other than a Math or temple where aratikas, kirtans, reading the Puranas such as Srimad-Bhagavatam and so on, went on continuously throughout the year. Many high-class Vaisnavas joined there regularly without formal invitation. Therefore, from the beginning of his life, Maharaj had the chance to serve the Vaisnavas.

Srimad Muni Maharaj has many unprecedented qualities in producing devotional music. He composed hundreds of traditional devotional songs that are widely appreciated around the world. He has given his music and voice to more than ten devotional albums, which are giving inspiration to countless devotees around the world. His albums are in Oriya, Bengali, Sanskrit and Hindi languages. He injects his own unique and creative inspiration into those albums. Without any formal education in music from any academic school or teacher he accomplished his devotional singing and skill in directing his devotional music. He firmly believes his aforesaid talent has been gifted by Sri Guru and Sri Krsna. 
Now presently he is traveling extensively in Western countries as well as in India, preaching the message of Srimad Bhagavad-gita and Srimad Bhagavatam by the order of his diksa and siksha Gurudevas. There is some speciality in his preaching that he can speak and sing according to the subject matter in order to invoke an attractive environment amongst the audience. He prefers to present devotional topics in this musical way rather than delivering lectures that are helpful in controlling the unsteady mind. He has translated and published a number of devotional books in the regional language.
Srimad Muni Maharaj for twelve years has looked after his own preaching center, Sri Gour Govinda Gaudiya Ashram. After the aprakat-lila of Srila Gurudeva Bhaktivedanta Narayan Gosvami Maharaj in late 2010, the succeeding years became difficult for him to maintain the Ashram in his separation, and most of the time he stayed in Sri Vrindavan Dham. Therefore he decided to reside in Vraj Mandal in early 2012.
In his ashram “Radha Govinda Asram" in Radha-Kunda, the most holy pilgrimage place in the world, Srimad BV Muni Maharaj gives intensive training to bramacharis in serving the eternal divine couple Sri Radha-Krsna. An increasing number of spiritual seekers, new devotees from around the globe come to him for guidance. Upon invitations he travels within India and abroad to spread the message of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu.
He continues inspiring people with his preaching activities and his deep soul-searching devotional songs that have become his trademark for the pleasure of Sri Radha-Krishna and his Guru-varga.
