Italian DJ/producer Mata Jones joins the illustrious ranks of Street King with his standout 4-track debut EP titled “Million Dollars.” Kicking things off is the self-titled vocal version of ‘Million Dollars,’ a funk and funky tech house anthem that will rock international dance floors from NYC to Rome! Following suit is the original mix “Life,” a deep and hypnotic late night vocal banger that will leave dance floors in a frenzy! Next up, Mata delivers a ‘Deep Mix’ for the preceding track “Life” that will be a perfect choice weather moving into or out of peak time. Finally, we conclude the release with the instrumental version of the title track “Million Dollars.”

The next release on Unnamed & Unknown is the latest edition of our VA compilation, Vol. 4. Inviting friends and newcomers from around the globe, we’ve handpicked a selection of tracks that mirror the very essence of our label, and we think you’ll love them too!

Kicking things off, UAE based Billy Sherif showcases ‘Shake Your Body’, a swinging tech cut with sturdy drum work and a prominent bassline, complemented by a gritty lead, subtle synth injections and a catchy vocal. 

‘Gora’ comes next as mrT & SimoV and Tomas Bisquierra take us on a tribal-tinged ride, carving out a hollowed-out terrace tech number. Bouncy low frequencies meet layers of sizzling percs and dreamy leads to create an energetic groover. 

Brad Brunner, Andre Rizo and TAP’s ‘9ine to 5ive’ is next, bringing more low-frequency focused grooviness to the compilation. Another mammoth sub-bass combines with punchy drums and scattered rhythms, making for a delightfully underground affair. 

Chris Brooks has the ‘Funky Feelin’, translating into a nonchalant roller with mountains of cadence and personality. A standout track with offbeat fills and instrumental flair throughout, this one is a guaranteed vibe builder. 

4MATK & Lit Square’s ‘Step It’ cranks the energy dial back up to 11 with an array of hard-hitting components from the word go. Rippling percs and thudding drum work combine with roaring sub-bass for a rambunctious peak time tech bomb with a few disco-inspired tricks up its sleeve.

‘The Tour’ comes next, with Clodoveo and Juan Dragster showcasing their undeniable ability to construct percussive-laden tech groovers that keep you moving. Pulsating bass and an array of perfectly positioned instrumental constructions build a bass for its big-room persona. 

Oravla Ziur’s ‘Champagne In The Backstage’ brings racy rhythms and cutting melodies. A super sturdy beat-base makes the perfect match for its driving energy and frequent crescendos. A track that screams “peak time”, it’s a real head-turner. 

Rafael & Cioutix get ‘Back To Business’ in the vibey-est sense. A stirring terrace cut with tone and ample rhythm, it flies the flag for stripped-back, percussive-focused tech house, capturing a sophisticated level of dancefloor-warming energy from start to finish. 

‘Booty Call’ is the penultimate track on the release, with Jan Kost delivering a bottom-heavy hip-shaker of the highest order. Seductively groovy from the offset, its full-bodied beat and bass combo firmly usher in the rest of its sultry elements - with maximum effect.

CUBALIBRE’s ‘FavouriteJam’ brings the release to a close with a quirky spin. Riveting uptempo beats and dominant sub-bass combine with a hearty vocal cut and shuddering percs to create a high-energy underground cut that breaks the mould of most things you’ve heard in a while.

Denni Kindred, the chart-topping producer, DJ, and label head who creates under the name of Longstocking, is back with another epic release on her steadily ascending Feral One Records. This time with the label’s first compilation, the massive, 12-track, Seattle Volume 1.

Since launching the label back in July, Kindred has honored the city of Seattle with every release. Seattle is a city with a music history as rich as it is influential, but one that is often overlooked today.

That’s where Kindred comes in. People remember the heyday of the 90s and 00s in Seattle, but she is making sure people will remember the new 20s.

Artists like her are expanding the Seattle dance scene’s reputation as a hub for sonic and human inclusivity. She sees it as her duty to continue that expansion, and she is doing so by giving artists within that scene a chance to be themselves as both humans and creators.

With this one compilation, she’s given that chance to 11 artists of different styles and backgrounds, but it all starts with her, and her new single, “Hey Seattle.” 

Within the first few seconds, the sounds of the Emerald City fade in. Rain, airplanes, seagulls. Audio snapshots that represent the coexistence of natural and manmade elements, a contrast that defines the progression of the song as light saxophone samples bounce off of grueling synth countermelodies.

Emuh returns to Feral One on Seattle Volume 1 as well with a deep house sweet treat entitled “Skin.” The music is as smooth as it is sensual, and Rachel Vick takes her opportunity to deliver honesty in her vocal work. Anyone who’s been through the winter in Seattle knows how much thinking gets done as the rain continues to fall. Put on this track for some ideal thinking grooves.

But that doesn’t mean there isn’t room on the compilation for party tracks, as Tony H—the Dirtybird and Space Yacht signee as well as Seattle migrant—provides some of his A+ basslines on “Lemme See.” No matter how generic tech house becomes, everyone can rely on Tony H. to bring legitimacy to the subgenre. The track is simple, funky, and dance-move-inducing. A tried and true recipe for success. 

Just as any kind of producer has a place in Seattle as long as they show up with kindness and authenticity, there is a place for all kinds of music on Seattle Volume 1. Disco, house, electronica, juke, melodic techno, it’s all in there and it all makes sense together. 

In truth, before this compilation, there has never been a collection of music from Seattle electronic artists of this magnitude. But after people hear these beats, it surely won’t be the last.

DENSER warmly welcomes Alex Dam and Zambiancki, who have created something extraordinary for all the minimalism admirers. 'Silicon Arm' EP is injected with two original tunes and brings the firm sound of the duo. The title track immediately catches the listener with its immersive drum groove, which is fulfilled with funked bassline, creating a perfect minimalistic vibe. The tune is given a cool vibe with glitched pianos, chopped vocal fx, and outer space pads that lay on top. The b-side, 'Encantado', has a jazzy flavour and a great groove thanks to the cohesive combination of percussion, bass, and synthesizers.

The TBX team is excited to share with you a noteworthy release from Barcelona-based producer Pau Guilera. Guilera did his absolute best to provide the 'Sounds of Space' EP, which includes two outstanding original tracks as well as two remixes made by Perky Wires and De La Swing. The a-side track is built on a strong low-end that rocks the listener back and forth as synth, drums, and chopped vocal effects perfectly match the groove. By rearranging the original sounds into an entirely new, club-ready shaker, Perky Wires elevates the original version to a new level, delivering an amazing minimalistic tune, with a lot of perfectly balanced elements inside. For the b-side comes 'Lose Transition' wich represents a 'deeper' vision of Pau's. The track is full of deep atmosphere that is organicaly mixed with solid drums and bassline. De La Swing makes a more 'housy' version of the track creating a perfect classic house tune.
