London-based DJ/producer AndThen returns to Junior Jack’s Adesso Music for ‘Salsa’.
Taking his early inspiration from artists such as Nic Fanciulli and Matthias Tanzmann, UK-based DJ/producer AndThen has steadily built his percussion-driven sound and gained support from artists such as Jamie Jones, Paco Osuna and Blond:ish. Having made his Adesso Music debut last summer, with further music dropping via Yousef’s Circus Recordings, he returns to the label with his latest single, ‘Salsa’.
Harnessing rolling organic drums and snaking bassline grooves accented by warped Latin vocal snippets, ‘Salsa’ is a slick crisp production set for big moments across global terraces in the weeks and months ahead.

Spaniards Bastian Bux & Baum have been appearing everywhere from London to Las Vegas, Ibiza to Amsterdam for many years. They are versatile producers who between them have landed on key labels such as Cocoon, Repopulate Mars, elrow and many more, always with a floor-friendly take on house music that is packed with character as well as potency. For this landmark release on Edible, they drop a fresh two-track EP of the utmost quality.
First out of the bag is the stylish ‘About Us' which immediately feels big. A looped intro works its magic building the anticipation before a big drop and rolling groove will set the dance floor free. This tune has already been massive for Eats Everything who has been road-testing it to great receptions everywhere. The pair then showcase a different house sound on the superb ‘Mad’, which has high impact and jackin house flavours reminiscent of the great boompty king Derrick Carter. Squelchy synths, groovy bass and punchy kicks all make it a truly classy club weapon.
This is a suitably standout new EP to mark this significant milestone for one of contemporary electronic music's most influential labels.

Kai Rodriguez makes his debut outing on Hot Creations, delivering his two-track ‘The Thrill’ EP.
With his late-2021 Hottrax debut ‘Underground’, DJ/producer Kai Rodriguez gave the house scene a first glimpse of what’s to come with the 25-year-old UK talent’s breakthrough release remaining in heavy rotation for head honcho Jamie Jones across the Ibiza season and beyond. Having since featured on bubbling US imprint Revival New York, he steps things up a level as he reveals his first material of 2023 and his Hot Creations debut with ‘The Thrill’.
“Empire of the sun have got to be up there as being one of my favourite electronic duos of all time. They had a huge influence on the EP and it’s inception. ‘Walking on a Dream’ is one of their more popular and classic tracks and resonates with me. 2022 was a year of successes within my musical career, and a sign that I am on the right path towards the things I want to achieve. I wanted to amalgamate that with a piece of music, and from this idea, ‘The Thrill’ came into fruition.
‘Sum’ Bout’ was a track that I’d be sitting on for a while. It was one of my first tracks that had genuine positive feedback from artists that I look up to, and felt that the sound really complimented ‘The Thrill’. I’m glad that it’s found a good home. Lead track ‘The Thrill’ harnesses the iconic vocal known across the globe but switches things up, contrasting the vibrant tones with murky low-ends and metallic percussion for a no-nonsense cut main for main rooms, while ‘Sum’ Bout’ takes a drum-driven path as skippy hats and warped snippets ebb and flow amongst the mix for more peak time material.

After an incredible 2022 that saw him playing at DC10, Hi Ibiza, and Printworks - to name a few - the man himself Reelow returns back to the throne of his Reecords label to deliver aboard the entitled 'There Was A Horse' EP. The A-side goes immediately off the hooks with fat grooves and killer layers of textures. Keep whinnying. Keep dancing. On the flip, 'What The Heck', is all about tight, crunchy grooves and a generous dose of hip-moving basslines. Broad hats and twisted vocals meet a jumble of vintage samples into an irresistibly catchy tune.
