For Alekk, it all started with a broken rhythm in 2005, when the first records were ordered and interest in DJing showed up. In 2006 he became a resident of the local club and was a guest of many events in the city and the region. Over time, love for the broken rhythm changed to a minimal sound after a trip to Sonar in Barcelona in 2018. Since 2021, he began to study production and write his own music...

Now Alekk has the pleasure to record our edition 026 of microsession and delight us with his music.

Welcome to episode #27 of microssesion which has been recorded by @radu-popa-7 a very talented artist from Romania.

Popiq was born in the 80s during the last years of communism in Romania. During his teenage period he developed a taste for the club scene and started experimenting with DJing, but this only took off for good later in his life.
During the pandemic he decided to actually start producing his own music, releasing numerous EPs on his personal Bandcamp page, but mostly by collaborating with various labels.

Now Popiq has the pleasure to record our edition 027 of microsession and delight us with his music.

Capeesh Society aka Viktor Udvari made a big impact on the Hungarian scene and the international dancefloors as well lately and definitely one of hottest producer right out there. Viktor's releases went out on the biggest labels like 8bit, Knee Deep In Sound, Glasgow Underground or Richy Ahmed's Four Thirty Two.

Zingiber Audio is back with its 11th vinyl. This time, it’s Under The Radar trio from Porto who is on release duty. The 3 Djs and producers are well known in Portugal and are currently spinning at Lottus Afterhours as residents. The relationship with Zingiber Audio started back in 2020 with the digital release « 4 more Ep », followed by the 1st series of tapes « Selected Works », which showed the Portuguese skills as producers.

In 2023, they bring 3 tracks for the dance floors on this vinyl with the French veterant Dj and producer Terence :Terry: who gives an organic breaky minimal house touch to his remix of « Lift ». Premiere: Under The Radar - Traits [ZINGIBER AUDIO]

The inauguration of ZON is upon us, a fresh and original project created by ZON on their eponymous label. The four track vinyl release, “Keys For Days” maneuvers precisely through slick minimal and summery house textures from the label founders, and features a pensive and hypnotic remix from acclaimed Ukrainian producer, Kirik. Complimenting the originals in particular fashion and steers the release with a more mysterious narrative. 15th March. 

The Dutch imprint looks ripe and ready, starting as they mean to go on, propelling innovative sounds for the dancefloor from themselves and carefully curated remixers. The ZON journey has begun, with their debut release landing March 2023.
