The New York City born rapper known as Premo aka Habano hails from the Eastside in Harlem (El barrio). Known for his witty lyrics and exceptional word play Premo knew at the tender age of 15 this was his calling. Always singing and dancing as a kid it was clear Premo was musically inclined. His grandmother and grandfather would always play the oldies and watch him dance for hours. He cites his main influences in hiphop as The Notorious B.i.g, Jay-z, Jadakiss, Nas, Method Man, and 2Pac. Premo honed his skills as a rapper entering showcases, entering cyphers, and continuously writing new material staying in the studio.

Premo is currently working on his 3rd project and new Mixtape titled "Murder In The First" which is scheduled for a November 2014 release. Unlike his first two mixtapes (Capital P, and Capital P 2) this new project is expected to be his best work yet since joining forces with SMG (Stable Music Group) he now has a more focused and dedicated team. Since joining SMG in July 2014 Premo has performed at The Atrium in Atlanta,  Tammany Hall in NYC, Jackie Robinson Park (Peace In The Park Event) in Harlem, Clubhouse as well as The Knitting Factory in Brooklyn NY. Premo is set to do more venues such as Paddy Reillys in NYC, and Philly Sounds Sessions in the near future. Premo plans to take the game by storm with his exquisite lyrical genius the metaphors, the wit is top tier.
