The audio quality on some of these recordings are horrendous, I cant listen to this one in particular without cringing. I am paying how much for this class...? 

Forms Of Ownership = Title is ownership, can be held severalty or concurrent estate

Concurrent Estate= Joint Tenancy, Tenancy in Common, Community Property 

Tenancy Common=2 or more people not married. Passes to Heir or estate.

Joint Tenancy=Owns property equally, rights of Survivorship. =Time, Time, Interest, and Possession. =TTIP

Community Property =Married Couple. Equally owns property.
